The space
Make your way inside this coastal cottage and be greeted with bright, open plan living designed and styled with your comfort in mind along with everything you could need for a relaxing beachside stay.

Cook up breakfast, lunch and dinner in the open kitchen with quartz countertops that comes fully equipped with high-end appliances, a coffee maker to get your day started right and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need.

The private front deck offers a gas BBQ and relaxing warm gas fire pit perfect for listening to the waves crashing or enjoying morning cup of coffee or glass of wine at night. Wash off the sand from the beach in the outdoor shower perfect for kids after a day at the beach. The place comes stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, bikes, surfboard, kiddy pool, & more. All you need for a enjoyable and easy beach vacation.

Relax and unwind after a day outside and sit back with your favorite book or stay in for a movie on one of the 3 x large TV's with cable and all of the streaming services available.

There are two warm and welcoming bedrooms within the cottage with each offering comfortable beds topped in soft, hotel quality linen along with plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.

The bottom bedroom has a queen bed plus two very comfortable feather single mattresses (perfect for kids) so four fit comfortably in that room. This room shares the central bathroom with a walk in shower stocked with all the essentials.

Up a few stairs, the master bedroom has a luxuriously large king bed (fits 2 adults/1 child) with an adjoining ensuite bathroom and access to the sunny patio deck. There is a very comfortable double air mattress that fits on the floor to fit another two people. We also have a pac n' play if needed for the little ones. All sheets and bedding provided.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house including the private front deck, and master deck. Includes free Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and access to Netflix and Hulu on the 3 x Smart TV's.

We have a very small garage (12' deep, 7'6 wide, and 5'8 tall) and recommend parking on the street or parking at the Santa Clara Recreation Center at 1008 Santa Clara Pl, San Diego, CA 92109 which has large lots.

Many of our guests park their cars and don't get into them during their entire stay since our location is close to everything!

Other things to note
This property is managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home!

Mission Beach offers a vibrant beach town experience with a scenic boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park—an amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster and more.
