Charming 2-Bedroom Futura Townhome 731 in Islamorada, with heated pool and modern amenities.

Excellent communication with property management. The view was amazing. The venue was very clean and nicely appointed. Kitchen has traditional coffee maker so don’t bring K cups unless you bring your own machine. Mornings were nice as the bay lit up from the sun. Afternoons were hot on the balconies, so we sat downstairs and enjoyed the breeze. The first level was parking and had ample outside seating. The second level had half bath, dining area, living room and nice kitchen. Loved that the refrigerator made ice. Kitchen is very well stocked with every item you need for a gourmet meal. Third level each bedroom was a master with bathroom. My only recommendation is that you bring toilet paper as the unit was not left with two full rolls per bathroom. We brought our boat, had eyes on it the entire time as the slip is literally in front of your unit. Had nice freshwater hose for daily cleaning. Bring extra ties to strap down your boat. It was 20 minutes to sand bar so great location. Ramp was very easy as well. We are planning to return here.

The Townhome was extremely clean, well supplied and was just as depicted in the rental ad. The property was extremely clean and well kept and all fellow residents and renters were polite and courteous. One note for boaters is that there are shallow rocks (not the jetties) outside the basin entrance that are not marked and at low-tide on a deeper draft boat you could hit them with your motor or hull.

The home was just perfect for us. Clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was well equipped. We've stayed in a number of places in Islamorado, but this was the cream. Hope we can get it again when we come. My wife took pictures of the setting sun for at least 3 afternoon. Manatees in the marina and tarpon rolling too!

A real nice place. Great view. Nice pool with lots of deck area. The only recommendation I have would be better internet. 5 mbps doesn’t get it these days, and it dropped out a lot.

12th time to the Keys, 5th time staying at Futura, 1st at townhouse 731 and it did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for our family of 3. But most of all is the view! Absolutely amazing!! We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and evening cocktails down below where there was a cool breeze. Everything was perfect and we hated to leave! Definitely will be back! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home!
