Charming 2 bed cottage in the heart of Canterbury with parking nearby

Really comfy, home from home, with pretty much everything thought of. Really clean. And a great location - thr parking permit was an absolute boon!

Lovely property, located very close to all historical attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Parking is off site but close by. Parking permit was organised by the owner. Grocery shopping walkable nearby. Very central for Canterbury town Center.

Its overall charm, location and excellent facilities. Steep stairs to upper floor and bath/shower arrangements in en-suite not ideal for elderly visitors.

Great weekend stay, brilliant location with everything nearby and very easy communication with the hosts.

I had a great time. It was a well located place, close to a really good grocery store.

We doubt there’s a better place to stay while in Canterbury. The host went above and beyond in making sure our stay was perfect. À walkable distance to all landmarks. The Welcome Basket was a nice touch.

As soon as I mentioned a problem with the downstairs shower, the landlord had it replaced immediately with a new one. The location is fantastic and every appliance in the cottage worked without fault. We felt very happy and comfortable during our month-long stay with our son and daughter-in-law and granddaughter from Germany. The only downside - which has nothing to do with the accommodation or lovely landlord - was that I parked my car in Canterbury High Street, Best Lane car park. I paid JustPark to park my car for a month and I would not recommend this to anyone. The parking spaces are very tight and someone hit my car causing considerable damage and just drove off. As there is no CCTV surveillance of the actual parking spaces, I cannot find out who the culprit was. This was a disappointing end to the holiday but did not spoil our stay in beautiful Canterbury. This property is an excellent base for exploring Canterbury. It's quiet and secluded, yet still close to all amenities. The grocery store is a short walk, and the local pub is a great place to unwind after your days adventure.

Just steps from Canterbury's High st. and equidistant from either train station this charming little house was perfect for our needs.

Augustine’s cottage is a lovely, old house in a set of row houses just outside of the walls of the City of Canterbury. Close to the cathedral and city centre but very quiet and absolutely charming.There is a lovely garden out front and a deck with a BBQ and back yard out back. The downstairs has a living room, dining room, sun-filled kitchen, and bathroom with shower. There are two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with tub and shower upstairs.There is a Waitrose just around the corner for all of your shopping needs.Do visit the cathedral and abbey and take the opportunity to attend choral evensong at 5:30 pm. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend this property.

This was the perfect place for us! The location is great! Shops, transportation and dining all within walking distance. Nice quiet neighborhood, and the beds are very comfortable!

Very enjoyable especially at this festive time of the year. The property is just so convenient for the city centre.

Excellent accommodation. Ample room for family of five and its pet friendly. Nice little garden at back. Neil arranged parking at nearby car park. Close to town centre everything within walking distance
