The main-floor bedroom features a queen Nectar bed near the bath and kitchen. A second private, quiet bedroom is downstairs with a second TV; please note the stairs are steep and uneven.

This is a peaceful, non-smoking home in a shared-wall duplex, so respectful, quiet guests are essential. If you want comfort, character, and a sense of belonging, you’ll feel right at home here.

You'll have full access to the home, including the private back deck and hot tub. Guests will receive an access code for the smart lock, prior to check-in.

Street parking is plentiful and easy in this quiet residential neighborhood. Note street sweeping happens once per month from April through November, just check the signs when you park!

Because the unit shares a wall with neighbors, guests are expected to be quiet-ish at night. Please respectfully keep the noise down between 11 pm and 6 am.
