Charming 1914 Craftsman by CosiDesign

We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a great time! The house is super-cute, very clean and quiet. We stayed here with our adult daughter (our son lives in Eugene). We cooked Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen (OK, we did not cook a turkey) without a hitch. The living room is great for hanging out or napping. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than the pictures. Very private yet right in Eugene, a rare find. Eve’s communication was exceptional and check-out simple and easy. If the garden is in bloom they’d love to have renters enjoy the fresh food.

Beautiful home with tons of charm! Clean, comfortable, gorgeous back yard. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, plates,etc to entertain for a dinner guests. Stayed for 5 nights and loved it.

The house is wonderful!! The location is great if you are visiting the campus. The house seemed to be close to every place we went to. The house was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again. Parking is on the street, but was not an issue.

We just loved this property. An oasis in the city. Totally private with beautiful outdoor spaces. Beds super comfy. Charming decor and well outfitted kitchen. Easy access. Despite no assigned parking we never had trouble with that. Cute neighborhood with local eateries and close to Eugene hotspots.. Loved it!

The Charming Craftsman was perfect for our 2 person long weekend. Comfortable bed, sparkling clean rooms, and great spaces to relax.

Home was so beautifully appointed and comfortable. Gardens surrounded us in peaceful beauty. Everything was well taken care of and Eve was very responsive. Will definitely come back.

This was an absolutely marvelous stay. It was clean, comfortable, and liveable. Many house stays don't have great kitchenware, which can be difficult, as I like to cook and eat out. This also had great outdoor space, which was fun in spring.

Walked to dinner. Tried lots of different places. Cute house. Wonderful garden. Private. Easy street parking.

It was definitely charming. I wanted to take the whole house home!!

A lovely little home! We enjoyed our stay very much. I would have preferred a driveway to park in, but street parking was always available near the house. Overall, a great experience staying here and we won’t hesitate to book it again if we need to come back to Eugene.

Lovely old home. Bed very comfortable . Quiet neighborhood but limited food in walking distance. Main heater in the living room worked very well but bathroom was cold (note, we stayed on a very cold weekend).

Above and beyond expectation. The place was well-stocked and neat as a pin. Keen eye for detail and comfort. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect little house in a cool part of town walking distance to some of the best food in town. 8 min uber to the campus. Wonderful host. I will stay there again for sure.

It was just perfect! I was the only one staying and I had the whole place to myself. A couple of things to bear in mind: 1) this is a two-bedroom, one bathroom all on one floor. The two bedrooms share the bathroom, so everyone who stays here will be sharing it. 2) the shower stall is very small, and a plus-sized person may find it very difficult to use. You will hear the sound of trains off in the distance at various hours, but I really didn’t mind. This lovely house is within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store, so everything you might need is very close.

My brother and I stayed 4 nights. The house is comfortable, the kitchen well stocked if one is going to cook (we didn't), it is VERY quiet, and centrally located. Eve was a great host and responded to questions quickly.

This cottage is completely hidden from the street, giving one a wonderful sense of peace and privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Lovely family owned grocery very close, easy access for exploring the area by car, or just walking around the area. The cottage is beautifully decorated, a joy to experience, and very well maintained. We hope to stay again. The

Three sleeps in an impeccable, well appointed, antique home. Super comfy bed and linens. We enjoyed reading and playing cards on the front porch in the evenings. Remove shoes in the house, but don't recommend leaving them on the front porch overnight.) One block from groceries and gas. Would stay again when traveling to Eugene. Thank you!

Eve was so responsive to our questions prior to booking. She also followed up to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The Charming Craftsman has so much character. We loved sitting in the front porch in the mornings, and we enjoyed having an evening meal in the large back yard. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were so comfy. Thank you, Eve!

House is better than described: clean, quiet, cozy, with comfy beds. Located directly across from grocery and within a few minute walk of several restaurants. Easy access to highways. Communication with host was prompt and effective.

I came for a girls' weekend in Eugene and just wanted a cozy place to hang out and catch up. This was exactly what I was looking for! The cottage is clean, well appointed and well stocked. The porch and yard spaces are beautiful and lush. Communication with Eve was excellent and location is perfect for exploration. I really can't say enough about this home! Thank you, Eve, for a memorable stay.
