Stayed Oct 15, 2025I think this may have been our host’s first time with a VRBO. He was very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. He always answered messages very quickly. However, the ad did misrepresent the accommodation. Instead of a one bedroom, two bed home with AC, we found ourselves in a partially finished basement with one bed, one working oscillating fan, and two dehumidifiers. It was basically clean, but there were definitely areas that needed to be cleaned deeper. One afternoon when one of the dehumidifiers stopped working, there was a very strong smell as well.
