Stayed Mar 20, 2026The location is great, only about two blocks from the Petworth metro in a nice quiet neighborhood. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Could probably use some new pillows on the bed. Great shower though! Tons of pressure which we loved. Very little communication from host. No ‘book’ explaining anything including how to get on WiFi and almost no cell signal down there. Had to stand in the rain to text the host. Also no information on what to do at checkout so we just locked it and left which felt weird.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025This rental is in a nice neighborhood with easy on street parking. The unit was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was easy throughout and they were kind enough to make up the couch ahead of time for a relative who was staying with me one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Apr 28, 2025Clean and comfortable basement unit on a quiet street. Plenty of space for 1 person. Easy walk to the Metro. Tall people duck going up the entryway steps. You won’t forget to duck the second time.
