Stayed Feb 11, 2025I spent two weeks working remotely and also golfing with friends. The neighborhood quiet and all the neighbors were friendly. The house has everything you would need for a perfect stay. It was close to everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 9, 2024Spacious home with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay! Comfortable accommodations. Hot tub was a bonus! Lovely lanai and gardens perfect for relaxing with morning coffee and evening cocktails. Host was very responsive and attentive to our questions. Loved morning walks in the quiet neighborhood. Would stay again when in the area.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023Our stay was good but needed a few things. The back yard looks like a jungle with all the trees, bushes and grass that hasn’t been mowed in awhile. And hot tub was very dirty and water smelled. I have a hot tub so I knew how to clean it and take care of the water. Other than that the house itself was good for our stay. Would stay again if I was coming back to Cape Coral

Stayed Jan 6, 2022We stayed for 3 months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One extra nice perk was a DVR so we could record our favorite shows. Never had a rental that included that before.

Stayed Dec 19, 2021Overall it was great stay…a couple of items need to be addressed. 1) the dishwasher leaked from the bottom which we quit using and just hand washed our dishes. 2) the grill outside was dirty and needed cleaned prior to use. 3) no regular coffee pot just a Keurig to brew coffee . Outside had nice landscaping and many different fruit trees. Hot tub worked well Plenty of towels and amenities
