Characteristic Seaside chalet style property, just minutes from sandy beaches and centre with all amenities, including year-round dog friendly beach. A great holiday base with well-equipped kitchen, ideal for group of friends & families with older children .
The space

This property has been newly renovated over the last year; however, still has it’s unique vintage charm. Comes with four spacious bedrooms , large entertaining areas and big garden with sea views.

There are two bathrooms , the one on the ground floor is an accessible wet room.

Located 5 minutes walk from the beach and Broadstairs centre including the picture-perfect Viking Bay and many bars and restaurants. There are also good local transport links to nearby Ramsgate and Margate.

The House - in detail:
* Ground Floor: Entrance Hall, downstairs bathroom/wet room , living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms (one double and one twin room).
* First Floor: two double bedrooms and bathroom
* Dinning Room with Bifold doors on to Patio with Sea views


The Garden & Externals:
* big garden with sea view and sitting area , you are welcome to bring and use your own bbq
• Large private drive suitable to fit 4 cars comfortably

    Brilliantly located only a few minutes walk from the shops and beach in Broadstairs, this house is a great location for a group holiday particularly given the large driveway which helped. Large open plan downstairs living space was great for socialising and opened out on to the garden, which has a partial sea view and large grassed garden. It was great having a morning coffee here as the sun rises this way. The bedrooms were spacious but unfortunately the curtains were extremely thin and pretty ineffective at blocking any sun! Some thicker ones would help. The beds were also fairly tired, in particular one of the single ones was uneven as a wheel on the bottom was bent. The listing notes the house has been recently renovated but that appears to be mainly the porch area which was great for storing outdoor items. If the refurb was to continue into the bedrooms and kitchen this would be an amazing 5 star house.

    We had a family break from Monday to Friday. The accomodation was perfect for us. It was quite close to the town and beach. The garden was great for the children. All of my questions we answered quickly. I would definitely like to stay there again.

    The property and garden are great - good size bedrooms. The location is perfect - seaview and a short 5 mins walk into Broadstairs centre. The owners respond immediately to any queries or concerns.

    This is a lovely property perfectly situated to explore Broadstairs by foot. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes and the range oven made cooking Christmas lunch a doddle. The layout suited the three generations very well , the oldest of whom appreciated having downstairs bedrooms and bathroom. Katie responded very quickly and helpfully to pre-arrival questions.

    Stayed for 3 nights with mum and children. The accessible wet room and downstairs bedroom were great for my elderly mother. Living area extremely spacious and LOADS of parking. Communication from owner was fabulous too. A lovely break.
