This cottage is perfect! If you love peaceful days sitting by the water, fishing from the dock or exploring the lake by kayak this is the place for you! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and laundry facilities! We are so glad to have found this amazing cottage. Thank you!

House was perfect for our family of 4. Set along a nice quiet lake. We enjoyed the kayaks. House was stocked with everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Sally was Wonderful! Guests should be aware that the shower has about 2’x2’ of standing space inside.

Cute cabin, everything was clean and organized. The only drawback we could even imagine was the walk down to the lake. The flights of stairs were safe, but many. Good location for grocery stores and easy access to Travers city.

Chandler’s Charm is a great place to relax and spend time with family and nature. The house is equipped with EVERYTHING you’d need or even forgot to bring with you (and we’re a family of 6!) Sally and crew make themselves available around the clock for anything you may need. Thanks for great memories at the lake…this place is definitely a gem!

Very quiet, nearly had the lake to myself. Close enough to Traverse City to pop in for dinner or shopping. Very clean and comfortable lodgings.

Perfect location, beautiful lake, very helpful property manager.

We stayed for a long weekend and would definitely return. The location was great-close to Traverse City with shopping and restaurants but far enough to be quiet and tranquil. The cottage was perfect for us and was very clean and well equipped with the necessities. The cottage had a total lake house vibe and had some cool unique features. The outdoor area had a lot of space and seating areas for nice views. We rented the pontoon and were very happy we did as we caught a lot of fish. Sally was awesome to work with and super responsive.

We had a wonderful week enjoying the cabin, lake, and Traverse City! The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Sally, the property manager, is exceptional and her organization and communication made setting up our stay a breeze. The ability to also rent the pontoon boat was a great bonus as we spent many days relaxing on the boat and playing at the sand bar in the lake. Thank you again Sally for all your help and we can’t wait to come back!

Chandler’s Charm was a total delight! Sally thought of everything down to the food and water bowls and treats for our fur baby! The cabin was so cute, the outdoor space was a dream and we took all the advice in the notebook provided of places to eat, shop and explore. We will definitely be back

Had a great stay at Chandler’s Charm! Just a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere…and what a view! I wish I could upload some of the pics I took because I was lucky enough to get some pretty good shots of the scenery. There is a trail that starts a few doors down from the property that leads back to the park at the entrance to Chandler Road. I took the dog for a walk on the trail every morning, but it’s a fairly short hike…maybe a third to half a mile at most. Also took the kayaks out on the lake one day. It’s not a big lake - so that made it easy to see most of it (and a loon). Traverse City is close by - so there is plenty to do if you want to get away. We also took a trip to Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes as it was only an hour away. The owner was very easy to work with and appreciate everything Sally did to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful view & cabin! Great place for making memories! Loved having the kayaks & life jackets too. The cabin was close to all we needed to do, like visiting family at Traverse State Park and in the sights of Traverse City. Owners always got back to me immediately with any of my questions. Definitely would go back!!
