Stayed Jun 29, 2025My family of four had a wonderful stay- each daughter had their own room, the shared bathroom was a great size with two sinks. The kitchen was well stocked and nicely updated. I enjoyed the back porch for coffee in the morning and the location was so convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and shops. It was also a short walk to the beach. We'd highly recommend the house.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025My family enjoyed our stay at Champagne and Sunsets. The house is beautiful, clean and looks brand new. It has an open layout which worked out well with my family. The marsh view in the back is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The location is steps away from the grocery store, shops and restaurants. This was definitely one of our favorite homes we’ve stayed at in Edisto Beach.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Favorite house, view, location, and price on the island! We have our annual family reunion where all 40 aunts, uncles, cousins and babies get together every year on Edisto. We’ve gotten so big we now get individual houses for each family and we truly love this house. It is clean, modern, space friendly, and location location location! Highly recommend!

Stayed May 19, 2025The cottage was nice but some things were not as clean as before. We killed 3 roaches and 3 huge spiders so peat control is a problem. There were hairs left in the tubs and the window sills which needs to be addressed by the cleaner. We were only left with 1/2 roll of paper towels that had been used. I don’t think we will rent against this was a very pricy stay and there are many more options. I am very disappointed as this was our go to place. We will look at other option for our next stay. The price had also doubled from our previous stays.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay here. The marsh view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. It was nice that linens and small things like laundry pods and dish detergent pods were provided. This was a great location, really close to the grocery store, a couple of restaurants, the state park and an ice cream shop. The house was very fresh and clean. We loved that the patio furniture accommodated 6 people. The house was also decorated beautifully, really tasteful coastal vibe.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This clean, bright home was wonderful for our week at Edisto. The location right along the tidal marsh made for wonderful sits on the back deck. Despite it not being screened in, we did not have issues with bugs. I would caution those with young kids that the back deck has horizontal slats made of wire. We had to watch our toddler (18mo) very carefully for fear that she would slip through. There was also access to a spiral staircase at one end of the deck that we had to block from her. Beds were very comfy, the kitchen was well-appointed, water pressure was great and the hot water never ran out. I was worried about the hustle and bustle, being right on the business end of Jungle Rd., but you couldn't hear any traffic noise inside the house, and barely any on the back deck. Plus, it made it easier to see when the line at the ice cream shop died down enough to walk over for a scoop! We had an issue with the dishwasher one morning, and Vacasa got it fixed in an hour or two. It's great that they have so many rentals there, with staff nearby.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was absolutely wonderful! It had laundry baskets in every room, spacious beds, and every type of appliance and cutlery we needed. Everything was brand new, including the blankets and linens. The gorgeous back porch was completely mosquito-free, the water pressure was amazing, and the house was filled with natural light. Plus, it was only a 30-second walk to the ice cream shop and nearby stores! My family has been coming to Edisto every year with all 40 of our aunts and cousins, so I can wholeheartedly say this is a high-quality house. Midway through our trip, we learned that my dad had passed away back at home. Being together with my family in this house was truly a blessing. We had the chance to grieve together, surrounded by beautiful sunsets and a secluded view. We are so thankful for this house during our trip and hope to rent it again next year!
