It is composed of a nice living room of 60 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of about 215 m² as well as several balconies from which you can contemplate the mountains of Les Contamines. Ne are waiting for you !

The accommodationis composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A garage.
- A laundry room.
- A playroom.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC.
- Separate toilet.

On the 1st floor :
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Room 5: bunk beds (4 single beds).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor :
- A living room of 60 m² with TV, Wi-Fi, sofas, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...

For even more comfort : washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful unfenced garden of about 215 m², facing South and West.
- A balcony-terrace located on the 1st floor, facing South and West with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Two balconies on the 2nd floor, one facing East and the other facing West.

The chalet is ideally located in Les Contamines-Montjoie, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost of €19/person. Please contact the receptionist for further information.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness, to clean the household appliances after use, to empty the dishwasher and to empty the garbage cans.
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Shoes are not allowed in the chalet. Bring slippers to avoid slipping on the stairs.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of the reception. An additional fee may be requested.
