Stayed Jul 9, 2025It was a nice house in a quiet location. One weird thing is the doors automatically lock so you have to be aware of that as you go in and out. Also, the grill is in need of replacement. The basement area is cool and was fun for the kids.

Stayed May 23, 2025We had a mostly good experience at this property. There were a lot of extra amenities provided like kleenex, spices, cooking oil, typical junk drawer items (sewing kit was helpful for a new stuffy that got a hole in it), etc. The beds were comfortable. The washer/dryer were nice. Our kids loved the game room and the bunk beds. We were disappointed with the play area outside. It seemed really unsafe for our kids to swing on and there were a lot of wasps, so the kids were upset we wouldn't allow them to play out there. The upstairs vent a/c units weren't super straight forward to use and it was hard to regulate the temperature up there.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The house was in a great location. It was clean and well stocked. The decor was cute and cozy. It would be a great place for families. The view is nice and its close to Williamstown and the Ark.Just some things to take note of-- I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for large groups of adults, especially older adults. There are lots of steps. The living room, which is very comfortable, is in the basement.The bunk room is just that--a room with 2 bunk beds, which have bunkbed mattresses. There is no closet or dresser, so you'll have to share with the bedroom across the hall.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024Host was very helpful. Responded quickly. Clean. Well supplied with family activities -- games, tree house, fire pit, family dining and living rooms nice space to enjoy relaxing. Kitchen well supplied. Very family and children friendly. Well maintained. Nice place to stay for a family vacation.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024The home was beautiful and perfect for our needs! The kids loved the downstairs. :-) We really liked the fresh coffee beans provided from Beans, a nearby coffee shop! The area was beautiful for a walk. :-)
