The house is well-stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. The bakery and other shops are a short stroll and the beach is an easy few minutes walk. There are also a number of excellent cafes within a short walk.

There were a few things that detracted from the property, such as;1. The gas element on the stove was not working2. The property needs a good deep clean3. The main bed mattress was bad, and the furniture needs an update.Fix these 3 things (not hard) and it would be a fantastic property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here a number of times and keep coming back as we love the house. It's airy, and clean, and bright and well maintained. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils etc. Stunning views too. My only (minor) complaints are that the dishwasher and washing machine both don't work very well, and really should be replaced. Also, having young children I would suggest a gate at the end of the verandah to prevent them running onto the road (I wouldn't let this deter anyone from booking though as you can fashion a barrier yourself if necessary).

Dangerously close to the pub and a 5 minute walk to the beach at the most. Comfy bed in the main bedroom, main bedroom has an ensuite. Second bedroom is a double/single bunk combo and a single bed. Apparently the single bed isn't the comfiest. Separate bathroom for the kids to use, and a separate room for them to chill in. The deck is a decent size and offers great views from the surf club to Hat Head.

Beautiful, well-appointed, comfortable holiday house. Great location with easy stroll to shops and beach.
