Amazing home directly on the beach. Would love to come back again with more people and book the smaller guest house and suite too! Met Tyler on the beach who lives in the house just behind. He did a personal chef meal for us one night. Fabulous, great value and service. Highly recommend.

Fabulous location fronting onto great surf beach, with boogie boards and beach games to keep you entertained, and lots of seating and shade options. Large, comfortable rooms with lots of space to spread out, and large kitchen for meal prep. A fabulous getaway spot!

is perfect for those who want an adventure! It’s inexpensive and directly on the beach! I have never walked out of my back door on to the beach before!The house does not have AC, but even in July it was wonderfully cool at night and early AM. The fans were nice during the heat of the day. I did find out I am allergic to dogs. Fred has some sweet pups on the property. If you like dogs, it’s even better.Overall, the trip was better than we thought it would be. We had a great time using the home as our base to venture out.

Beautiful home, great location right on your very own private beach. We had the most amazing views of the sunset every night during our stay. Best part of our stay was the host Fred who was extremely helpful with us as went above and beyond the call of duty. Would highly recommend!!

Great place. Quite and relaxing. House is very clean and comfortable with great beachfront. Just the sound of the ocean here. Private beach walkable to Los Cerritos beach. Fred is a great host. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Our second stay at Fred’s place on the beach was just as fun and memorable as the first time. The location and vibe are truly special and we hope to be back again.

We loved our stay at Los Cerritos Beach Palace. The property is water and energy conscious (solar), so do not expect long, hot showers, a “gourmet” kitchen or other “high end” (aka wasteful) amenities. Still, there is wi-fi available, and everything you need for a beautiful beach stay. We did not have a car, while one is recommended, and we were able to walk to a little market for ice and water and down to the Los Cerritos beach bar for lovely drinks and fish tacos. We did not do too much other exploring, but there are other places near Cerritos Beach worth checking out. Whale watching and sunsets were both amazing from the property. One can simply walk down to the surf and watch the manta rays play in the waves. If you are really lucky, you will meet neighbor Tyler, who fishes from the shore. We had an unforgetable impromptu fishing experience with him! Our two humble suggestions would be a toaster and a milder (less-to-unscented) laundry detergent. When we arrived, the whole house was filled with the smell (pleasing to some, no doubt, but too strong for us) of the detergent used on all of the linens. We aired out the sheets, blankets and towels that we used on the first day. By the second night, it was a much less intense aromatic experience. Overall, if you are looking for a low-key beach get away, rent this place and you will not be disappointed! Thank you Fred and Lucienne (Griz and Lucy) - highlight of our trip for sure!

Great location on beautiful Los Cerritos beach near Todos Santos. Perfect layout for 2 couples or a family. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Fred and Lucienne.

January holiday stay in Baja was nice. Walks in to town and trips to Todos.

Great location, about a mile from Cerritos Beach, 5 minute drive. Nice and quiet in the neighborhood. Fred gave a good run down of where to get groceries and how the local neighborhoods work. Perfect for Mexico and totally met my expectations. Griz and Lucy did their jobs! (house dogs)

Had a wonderful time here. Just a short walk up the beach to Los Cerritos, beautiful private palapa, great value for a family vacation. We will miss Griz and Lucy!

Had a fantastic, relaxing trip. We loved the location and the way that the living room/kitchen opened onto the beach front. Great options for eating outdoors, lounging on the beach, surfing/boogie boarding, watching whales, and all. Can't wait to spend more time here in the future!
