    This was our second year to stay here. We enjoy the condo, especially having the garage. However, we feel there needs to be work done on the south deck and new furniture in the living area. There was plenty of cooking ware and utensils. We appreciate SPI Rentals for being prompt with their services.

    We stayed at the red snapper location and it was wonderful! The condo was very clean with all the essentials and very spacious for our party of 9. Location was what we loved the most only a short walk to the beach, to a fully stocked store and a short walk to restaurants and nightlife. Host was very responsive! Will definitely recommend this rental.

    Location is convenient for most venues. Master bedroom is nice except for tiny TV. Other bed rooms and baths were nice. Residence is good for entertaining small groups. Was clean and had clean smell. Typical presence of bugs was minimal. Air conditioning and heat worked well. Decor was pleasant. Cooking meals there was fine. Two stall garage was nice. Back yard was tiny, shared and grill required coal. Infrastructure requires attention. Customer service was excellent. Price was average and would seek SPI rentals again.

    The condo had everything we needed, was clean and communication was easy. The only thing I wish was different was that check out wasn’t so early, but fortunately I asked for a bit more extra time to check out and they happily obliged so that was wonderful. Overall a great experience
