Great little cute home. It is quiet and convenient to where we want to be. The only improvement or suggestion that we have is to change the mattress cover to a breathable material. Our back got sweaty and uncomfortable from the mattress cover. Otherwise it is a very pleasant stay. Host is very quick in responding and good at communicating.

This was my first time in using VRBO and i have to say I was nervous about the booking. However, there was no need to be. The host Kim was very quick at answering questions I had, the property was great for our needs and to be honest I didnt want to leave. Would happily live in this property. The area was beautiful with lovely beaches and lots of places to visit.A hire car is a must to get the full potential of this property.Places visited whilst in Vero included:Navy Seal Musuem an absolute must!Loggerhead Marinelife centre.Kennedy Space Centre.Daytona Speedway.Everglades.As an avid plane geek the local airport gave much satisfaction in watching trainee pilots.So its a huge 5 stars to Kim and the property along with Vero and surrounding areas.

Great location and super cute! Nice and clean. Loved all the outdoor plants. Super easy check in which was very appreciated with us not getting in until super late!

We enjoyed our stay in this charming home situated in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied for anything we needed. The microwave went on the fritz the first day we were there. Even though she was out of town, Kim had a new microwave delivered to our doorstep in just several hours. The location truly is central, and getting around Vero was pretty easy. Kim was fast with communication any time we had a question. She took her role as host very seriously. The air conditioning was up to the challenge of the Florida heat. That coupled with the quiet neighborhood made for good sleeping. We had a great vacation, and the only thing we would want different if we booked this property again would be a lower refundable damage deposit. The deposit we paid seemed higher than would be expected.

Home was as pictured and clean. Street was nice and quiet. We were in town for an event at the Jackie Robinson Training center which was only 1.5 miles away and we loved that the beach was only 10 minutes away. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy!

The cottage was a great stay for my family! The space was clean and welcoming. The screened front porch was a wonderful cherry on top! My son loved all the lizards and flowers out front. Highly recommend!

This property is well maintained and has provided everything you would need for a great stay. We were close to anything we wanted to see or do ( beach, shopping, restaurants) but the house was on a very quiet dead end road.

Overall a good deal for a 3 week stay in Vero Beach, which is not cheap. It is not located close to anything, and the neighborhood is not pedestrian friendly which meant driving everywhere. The house is spacious and well laid out but could use a refresh. Kim was very responsive and was answered all of our questionsright away.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a good location close to grocery stores and other food options. In addition, the house was clean and well maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was efficient and simple.

We needed a small space with two bedrooms close to the Jackie Robinson training facility and this was perfect! We were just a short 5 minute drive from the facility and only 10-15 minutes from the beach. (Loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided). The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the house was very clean.

Easy to get to. Centrally located and easy to get to near by grocery stores, gyms and town.

Easy booking, check-in and communication with property owner. Had to move out of our home due to builder replacing floors, close to my work and close to home where my husband could check on our home. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. Just bring your toothbrush as it has everything you need for your stay.
