Great house for a college reunion in Pinedale!

This is probably one of the nicer properties in Pinedale. It was clean and spacious, and reasonably walkable to many places. The third bedroom is in an attic loft. This was NOT mentioned on the page. It is more suitable for children and was not very comfortable for two adults. It is also HOT without AC in late August. The property mentions that there is no AC, which is standard in Pinedale, but know that the top floor gets extremely hot and uncomfortable. Downstairs did too, but it cooled off at night at least.I also recommend brining your own toiletries. The listing says complimentary toiletries but note that there is one set of TINY hotel-sized shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. These are not replenished daily like at a hotel. So, if you have a group of 10 (max allowed), and you are staying more than 1 day, you will definitely run out of their complimentary toiletries. I wish I knew to pack some.This seems to be managed by a property manager. Expect automated text messages that do not accept messages in response. I didn't need to contact the owner, and I know I could have through VRBO (I assume), so it wasn't a big deal for me, but it was a bit annoying to receive messages and not be able to respond to them.Overall it is a nice place, so I give it 4 stars, but I hope this note helps others plan for the small downsides! We enjoyed our stay and just wish we knew about the second floor and the lack of toiletries.

Our stay was perfect! The house exceeded my expectations, was super clean, close to two parks and Pine Creek! Having 3 bathrooms was a big plus.

Clean, well-located, comfortable, remodeled, quiet, welcoming, open-feel, well equipped, all as advertised.

With this house, you are in a perfect spot to walk the sidewalks of this eclectic and fun mountain town. A couple minutes walking distance to local parks, 15 minutes to Fremont & Half Moon Lakes, minutes to Green River, and 1.5 hours or so from Jackson & Teton Areas. Beautifully furnished, cozy, and the 3 bathrooms (2 tubs, 1 shows only) were perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and the laundry room was in a great location off of the kitchen. We loved our stay!

We had a family trip with all ages, house was great for us. Clean and quiet.

My group came in January to go ice fishing with Rendezvous Anglers! This home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The three bedrooms (all with their own bathroom) were large and cozy. The fireplace was wonderful after a long day in the snow and cold. This home was gorgeously decorated and had anything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend this property!!

This is a great property with beautiful new landscaping and an open floor plan. Owners were super responsive and accessible. Pinedale is the quintessentially charming western town and this property is perfect for a family or girls’ weekend.

Rigid cancel rules, not able to shift dates, very expensive, makes you strip the beds and stuff — what’s the cleaning fee for then? Good location.

The property was well located, clean, comfortable and has modern amenities, including oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are functional and nice, the fans are effective against temperature rise, and he Fire TV has virtually any channel and major streaming services. The neighborhood was quiet.
