Centrally located Oak Bluffs property next to Bike Path

It was awesome, clean and amazing communication. So fun.

My family enjoyed our visit. Location was great.

We had a great time and we liked the property.Some minor issues to consider;1.Stowe/cooking/smoke and setting off the fire alarm2.locking of back deck and the breezeway back sliding door3. No extra blankets

The home was clean and fully stocked. The location was beautiful and close to downtown Oak Bluffs. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. We decided to get married on the island so we needed a home for us and our small children to stay. This place was perfect. The home is well furnished, its in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is better than the pictures! Almost all the bedrooms all exist on the entry level away from the main locations of the house like the living room and kitchen where most people gather. We stayed at this house with 9 guests for a bachelorette vacation and it was in the perfect location to easily get to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, and even Vineyard Haven. All things were accessible by Uber or a bike ride! The house itself had all the things you may need to cook and had a lovely outside space. The main space has two couches and a dining room table all in one room which makes hanging out in one space very easy! Two minor things to know before you go is there is only one full body mirror which was a bummer with so many girls getting ready and the kitchen smoke detector was super sensitive and sent the local fire department every time it went off. When that happened John was very responsive and tried to be as helpful as possible to get the alarm to stop going off and the fire department was very understanding even though they had to come out multiple times! overall I would highly recommend this house!

The property was lovely and the home was well stocked with essential items. The location was great and in close proximity to Oak Bluff.

Spacious. Majority of the bedrooms are downstairs and the living space is upstairs, which makes it great for families with kids. Awesome backyard. Short drive to Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven.

John's house was well appointed and clean. Plenty of space for our team. We were very grateful to have this option so close to town and easy to get to the rest of the island. Communication leading up to our stay was fast and friendly. Would stay here again.
