The house is a tri-level home. There is a ground level that does not require stairs to access. This level is equipped with a large bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room. It is accessible directly from the driveway through the back door. There are no stairs to enter through the back.

Also on that level is the large TV and exercise equipment.

From there if you need to access the rest of the house - kitchen, dining room, and other bedrooms, you will have to go up stairs.

Entryway
The closet in the entry contains essential cleaning tools, including a vacuum, broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket.

Living Room
The light switches on the half wall control the exterior lights, the entry ceiling light, and a nearby outlet.

A remote control next to the switch plate operates the lamps in the entryway, living room, and on the piano. For seamless functionality, avoid manually switching off individual lamp knobs. A second remote is mounted in the kitchen near the stairs leading to the den.

String lights on the decorative tree can remain illuminated at all times.

A checkers and chess set are available on the shelf for your enjoyment.

Kitchen
Fully stocked for your convenience, the kitchen includes a rice cooker, electric kettle, French press, coffee grinder, coffee maker, and a single-cup Keurig. Help yourself to a selection of teas, coffee pods (located in the drawer beneath the Keurig), and coffee beans. Manuals for small appliances are stored in the back of the same drawer.

The pantry closet houses an immersion blender/food processor. Instant oatmeal packets, ramen noodles, and rice bowls are provided for your use.

A first aid kit and flashlight are available for emergencies.

Cleaning supplies, including dishwasher pods, liquid soap refills, and garbage bags, can be found under the sink.

Essential cooking tools such as a peeler, box grater, knives, wine opener, and dish towels are stored in the drawers and cabinets.

Den
A remote control for the lamps is placed on the small drawer unit next to the sofa.

Exercise equipment is available for use at your own risk.

The smart TV provides access to free programs, including YouTube and Freebees. For additional entertainment, log into your personal streaming accounts.

A DVD player is located beneath the smart TV, with remote controls stored on the TV stand.

The fireplace is non-operational—please refrain from using it.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom is equipped with a plastic laundry hamper, a broom and dustpan, and a basket containing an exercise mat. The basket can also be used to store throw pillows when not needed on the bed.

Three out of the 4 bedrooms have a Smart TV that offers access to free programs like YouTube and Freebees. Personal streaming accounts can be used for additional content.

DVD players are located beneath the smart TVs, with remotes either on the dresser/stand or inside the drawers.

Upstairs Hall Closet
Contains a spare set of queen-sized sheets, a mattress protector pad, and a cotton blanket.

Bathrooms
Each bathroom vanity cabinet is stocked with cleaning supplies, including a mirror/window cloth (green leaf print), vinegar spray, shower cleaner, magic eraser, gray microfiber cloth, toilet bowl cleaner, and garbage bags.

Fresh bath towels are provided in each bathroom. Additional towels are available upon request at no extra charge.

Laundry
Detergent is provided, but feel free to use your preferred brand.

Dryer balls are available in the dryer to aid in fabric softening.

Please clean the lint filter before each use to maintain efficiency.

For safety, avoid leaving the dryer running when unattended or upon leaving the house.

Thermostat
To conserve energy, kindly keep the thermostat between 62°F (low) and 72°F (high) whenever possible.

Wi-Fi & Connectivity
High-speed internet is provided, supported by Linksys (white) mesh devices strategically placed throughout the house to ensure strong Wi-Fi coverage.

For safety, security cameras are installed in multiple outdoor locations.
