Centrally Located Merritt Island Home: Pool, Porch

Excellent experience! A nicely curated, homely atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood. We were looking for a relaxing weekend away, and this place delivered. Less than two miles from the colorful Village where you can support locally owned restaurants and pubs. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We didnt see the host. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would of liked seeing the fountain. Would rent again.

We all had an amazing time staying at your home. It was beautiful and met all our needs. Very clean, nice, and kitchen had everything we needed to cook.

The property overall was good. The pool was great and the kids loved it. Location was very convenient for our needs and the neighborhood in general, quiet. That said, there is room for improvement. It is clear that it is getting a bit rundown and there is some maintenance that needs to happen in general. Please note the following insofar as specifics:– Water feature ponds were not working and looked to be in need of repair. In addition, mosquito tablets should be used as the mosquitos were out of control once the sun started going down.– Grill needs to get a good scrubbing and clean on the grates. I suggest this be done after every booking.– Large bedroom with King Mattress, Mattress needs to be replaced. It sags in the center making it uncomfortable for more than one person to sleep on.– Hall shower stall floor tile is very slippery. I would seek out a way to remediate this as it posses a HUGE liability risk.– Too many cockroaches were found. While I understand this is FL, and being from HI I know cockroaches are unavoidable, I would work to mitigate their presence inside. The other family I shared the property with was completely freaked out by them.– Kitchen Countertops: This is more a long-term suggestion, I would advocate replacing them with the same granite used on the island. Wooden countertops, given the amount of use they get for a rental, is not a great idea.Regardless, overall, good property. I enjoyed the convenience it provided us.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! The pool and screened in porch area was great to sit and relax. Wish the sliding door handle was fixed before our stay but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the property.

Loved how clean and well stocked the property was. We had so much fun in the pool, on the lanai, and cooking in the kitchen!

We were very happy with our choice. We were gathering as friends for a relaxing few days. House was spacious and comfortable. Pool was just what we were looking for. Owner responds quickly. Would stay again.

House was great perfect for our family

Great house for family of 6. Comfortable layout for the family, great pool, loved the sunroom for meals. Very convenient location for going up to Cape Canaveral and down the coast to various beaches. Very responsive contact.

We had a relaxing long weekend. This location is minutes away from everywhere you want to be. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood for when you want to get away from it all.

Very nice house with a beautiful pool and kitchen! Beds were very comfortable! 4 adults and 1 10yr old were there during our stay and we all had plenty of space! Space Coast complex was the reason for our visit but the Kennedy Space Center was also on the list, this place was located perfectly for that. 15 mins to both places. If we had to go back to Space Coast this is where I hope to stay again!

Overall a great house. Low on soap and toilet paper and no propane for the grill so we had to run out to buy those items but the place itself was very nice.

Quiet with alot of nature senary.

We had a wonderful weekend stay on Merritt Island. The home has a lovely pool and outdoor patio for relaxing and dining. I love the en suite bathroom for the master and the entrance to lanai from the master. House has everything you need! Also we saw a rocket launch from the house how cool!

Very nice modern layout, newer appliances, great location, beautiful pool and patio. Grand kids spent many hours swimming. Property manager was very accessible and attentive to our needs.

Everything was good close to Kennedy space center which is why we chose that property . The kids enjoyed the pool and the outside area very nice. House had everything and was played out very nice
