Came in to have Thanksgiving with our daughter since she was unable to leave school for her sports. We had a wonderful dinner prepared in the kitchen. Everything we needed was there and easy to find. We were able to have a wonderful time with our family. This was our second stay in this residence and will be back again! We were also able to meet our host because of the winter storm. He was out early in the morning shoveling the walk and drive. Such a great person and host!

The place was wonderful. Gary was a great communicator. We wanted to adjust our reservation, and he was very helpful. Location is right next to Loras. If you have kids going to school there like we did, you can't beat the location. The house was spotlessly clean. The couch was comfy, and there was easily room for 6. Looks like the whole place just got remodeled recently. We grilled on meal, and the grill worked well. I would definitely consider staying there again.

We stayed here for a quick girls’ trip, and it was perfect! The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was great — close to several fun activities and venues in Dubuque. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This house looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean. The location was also very good. The host was great and was very prompt in replying back when we had a couple questions.

This is a great location for those that want to spend their time exploring and enjoying the Downtown area. Access is easy, although the roads are very steep! Three bedrooms and a large common Living/Kitchen/Dining area make a good social environment before winding down your day, or setting off in the morning. Management was very responsive to messages.

My husband, nephew, and brother-in-law were in town for a running event and they couldn't have been happier with their stay. Nick and Gary were very helpful and checked in often to see if they needed anything. The house was very clean and centrally located as advertised!

This house is awesome, felt like home. Everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of cookware, dishes, pizza oven, family games etc. Private area and quiet. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Great place to stay before taking a trip on the Twighlight Riverboat up the Mississippi River. Clean, nicely remodeled.

We appreciated the spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and the great selection of supplies and amenities in the house. Great outdoor spaces, too, and conveniently close to Loras and Clarke colleges as well as the Millwork district. Owners were attentive during our stay. We will definitely book this house again the next time we are in Dubuque!

This listing was accurately represented online6 Meticulously clean and well equipped. It was within a 6 minute drive to downtown Dubuque (The farmers market was fabulous) and near the Casinos. A very quiet neighborhood! (It appeared quite safe) Any questions I had were PROMPTLY answered by the host. The best part was 2 bathrooms for 5 women! (grin) If I return to Dubuque, I will definitely stay there again.
