Convenient to downtown and waterfront. Grocery nearby. Accommodated our group of 7, but 2 bedrooms were downstairs, so not as good for seniors like us. Nicely decorated, but a few items needed maintenance or upgrades. Host was pleasant and plans improvements. Dogs allowed, neighborhood quiet & good for walks. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. VRBO should make it easier to get info and contact host directly. Physical instructions at the property for TV, appliances & check-out requirements would be preferable to digital, especially for seniors.

We came for gymnastics competition. There was plenty of room the kids played and is mom's had time together it was a lovely home

Our first visit to CDA. This house had everything we needed. Good location in a walkable neighborhood, near the lake and downtown. Stocked with all the essentials and host was readily available.
