Centrally Located Home w/ Game Room - Pet Friendly w/ HUGE Yard

Needed some cleaning upon arrival. Kitchen pots still had food stuck to them and bathroom shower curtains all needed washed due to mold/hair on them all; overall bathrooms weren’t cleaned.For families staying inside and cooking it was a bit Challenging. Kitchen pots and pans need upgraded and could use more than 1 lid for cooking. Kitchen sink sprung a major leak which made it hard to use the kitchen.

This is a good house in a great location, especially if you have a dog as the backyard is ideal. Also, Dave is a professional and responsive host. There were a few minor things that we did not like but none of those significantly impacted the quality of our stay. I would recommend this property for its overall value, quality, and the attentive and responsive host.

Second time we stayed at this house for Gonzaga family weekend. Love that we could bring our two dogs and the house is very cozy and comfy, just a short drive to campus! Enjoyed walking to Trader Joe’s and Coldstones. Host is wonderful!

Excellent place for my family and I to stay for my mother's memorial service. We all came from out of town and were able to enjoy each other's company the whole weekend! Great location on South Hill.

Perfect home base for our Spokane adventures! The house is exactly as described. The pups enjoyed the back yard, and the house felt like home. We would stay here again.

We loved the house and location. It has more amenities than we were able to use. Dave was an excellent host.

Wonderfully large and spacious home with big backyard. Every was clean and ready. The available tv's were large and nice to watch.

Was a great location for what I needed and the house was as described. I did have to ask for check in instructions after my check in time but the owner quickly responded. I was in town for a medical procedure and we got about 6” of snow and I did think it was odd that the steps and walks weren’t cleared but aside from that I had a good stay and would stay again if I had to travel back to Spokane.

This home is great. Super clean large backyard if you are traveling with pet. Great neighborhood. If we come back to Spokane we will definitely be re-booking this place if it’s available! Highly recommend!

Our 2nd stay and def will return; could use more kitchen plates, bowls, etc a blender would be great and a grill would be awesome!! But those are extras and did not influence our review as we knew what to expect. Mostly clean; shower curtain liners need replaced or cleaned. Other than that we do like the house location and comfort features.

It's exactly what we needed for our trip to Spokane for Thanksgiving. We went to my aunt's home for dinner but did some preparation at the VRBO prior and it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive too! Love!

The house is quite nice, all the pictures we saw were accurate. Very clean, comfortable beds, the yard IS big and great for dogs. Would stay again for sure.

Stayed here with our family of 5 for a work trip to Spokane. Checking in and out was very easy and uneventful and the price was great for what was provided. The house was clean and comfortable, and kids absolutely loved the air hockey table downstairs! While we didn’t use the garage this time around, knowing we have access to it could prove very useful for return visits if we want to bring some extra outdoor gear along. One of the highlights of this property for us were the wonderfully comfortable beds where we could actually sleep well and feel refreshed for the next day’s adventures. It seems minor until you end up somewhere where you can’t get a good nights sleep to save your life (been there, done that), so this was a very welcome improvement. Highly recommended, and we’ll almost certainly be back!

We used to live in Spokane and came back to visit friends and family. This house was the perfect location on the Sourh Hill. It was well appointed and the host was very easy to communicate with. Not that we had any problems. Loved the air hockey table! The house was awesome and we would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this location. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and a toddler. It was very well appointed and extremely clean. It had all the essentials and more. We were in town for a wedding, and the neighborhood was a short drive from all of the downtown venues. Highest rating and recommendation!

We were in Spokane for Gonzaga's family weekend - great location - only 8 minutes to campus - and wonderful cozy home to hang out with family in between activities! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

This place was great. My extended family and I stayed here for a long weekend. We did not spend much time at the house but the time we spent was great and there were no issues.

Great spot for the weekend and close to the airport. We didn’t have a dog but the backyard would have been perfect for pet owners. The back deck was a great place to hangout. We had 8 people staying in the house. The air mattress was a bit uncomfortable and could have used a few more mirrors in the bedrooms.

We were staying at location with eight of us for a relative’s wedding. Owners were quick to respond and answered questions quickly. We needed an extra air mattress and it was delivered not long after we communicated the need. Check in and check out we’re super easy. Great spot, restaurants a mile or so away.

Our family was celebrating 20 years from the first time we went to Silverwood Theme Park, in Idaho. We wanted to stay in Spokane Valley because one of our kids was flying in. This property worked out perfectly! Easy to locate and plenty of space. The owner was great to work with.
