Centrally located for adventures

This house is set up nice! 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 down). Nice and quiet area, very clean.I was there for Regenexx procedure. I used the couch mostly.I wish i could have stayed to heal there. No clutter was great.Only suggestions- need humidifiers, i had to buy 2 of them it was so dry.- downstairs was freezing even with the heater. Upstairs got real hot and then cold quick. Idk if there is an energy leak.- Better shower head for upstairs. I am 6'4 and with my neck procedure it worked ok. Something taller would be better.

This was the perfect house for our needs. We had 2 of our adult children and our 3rd adult child came over with his family since he lived in the area. The downstairs area was open for the kids to hangout, play Switch and fuzzball, and for our family to do our Christmas. The boys also hung out in the garage/game room a bunch. It was the perfect layout for our needs.

The host was very accommodating and available for questions. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The game room was good for our grandchildren and the park across the street very nice. The kitchen/dining facilities accommodated our Thanksgiving celebration as well. Thank you.

Everything was great! Easy to check in, great location! Host was available if needed. Would recommend staying there and will use for future visits!

We had a wonderful stay in your home. The location is close to several parks, trails, shopping areas and restaurants. We were in Colorado for an event in Boulder. Getting there from this location was very easy.

Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Centrally located to everything. Would definitely book this home again.

Home was clean and well organized. Neighborhood was quite with nice park just across the street. Easy drive to Estes Park, Red Rocks and Breckenridge. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time, owner is very nice and quick to answer. My husband and brother in law enjoyed fishing one day and caught some beautiful fish, in walking distance, which they loved. Such a comfortable house for all 10 of us.

The home was extremely clean when we got there, and you can tell well taken care of. The kids loved playing in the backyard, and it was beautiful to sit out on the deck and by the grass on their lower sitting area. Perfect yard to enjoy the Colorado summer days.

Had everything we needed, including two very comfy lounges.

Property is well maintained. A few oddities like an upside down light switch but nothing important. Place was clean and worked very well for the family with everyone getting their own bedrooms which is important for adult children.

Everything about this location was great. The location was in good proximity to the mountains and downtown Denver. It was clean and had necessities for us.

Had a great time !! Was in town with family for my son’s wedding in Boulder and this home so close to everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed the backyard for chats after a busy day of wedding events. Thanks Cody!

Location is very convenient to area attractions. We visited Estes Park, took a drive to visit an area lake. Took in Denver Zoo and Aquarium and visited a rescue center for animals. It was a great place to visit and the accommodation was top choice. I would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the great vacation.

Great property! loved the back yard! kids loved the ping pong table and they went across the street to play pickleball!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Property was just as described. Backyard was wonderful, too bad we didn't bring our dog as initially planned. Neighborhood nice and quiet, great area.

We absolutely loved this property. We came for a CU football game and loved the convenience of getting to Boulder from this location while also being in a neighborhood outside of the busy campus area. Bonus: The pickleball courts across the street!

Our family had a wonderful time in Westminster. The house was big enough to fit our family. The ping-pong table and foozeball table was a huge hit. My 7 and 5 year old loved the pool that was right up the hill as well. We cant wait to com back and explore move mor
