Centrally Located 4 Bdrm Home

The location was perfect for us! It was quiet and little traffic. The house was large and having one of the bedrooms downstairs was a great set up. There were two living rooms and 2.5 baths which was nice. We hosted a family meeting there and the open floor plan of living/kitchen/dining was good. Communication with the owner was also very good. For the price you get lots of space!

The house was nice. The just was very responsive to our needs.

Our stay was awesome. Perfect location and just wha we needed as a family. The only suggestion would to check the front door lock. We had a hard time opening and had to go out the back door because we couldn’t lock the front door from the key pad.

Clean and well maintained home that was perfect for our family for our event at Victor Ashe Park. Close to some good restaurants.

Perfect quiet spot, but still close enough to campus!

This was an extension of our original stay as the visit to the ICU was much longer than expected.

Very close to UT Medical so my out of state in-laws could be close to my father-in-law who was in the ICU. My mother-in-law especially loved the comfort of the home and the outdoor spaces to help heal with everything that was going on. Property owner was very helpful.

The house had every thing we needed for our stay in Knoxville.

The home was great for our families trip to TN. Clean and well kept home and yard!

The house is in excellent condition, and had all the ammenities described. The bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen had the necessities(including some extra light bulbs since one went out). The place was super clean & cozy, and the beds were VERY comfortable. There were even oscillating fans in the closets. We would highly recommend staying here!!!

This is our second time staying here. We were in for our daughter’s parents weekend. House is a perfect size for a family, very clean, and only minutes from campus. We already booked our next stay for fall parents weekend.Highly Recommend.

House was perfect for our family down celebrating UT Parents weekend. It was great that we could all stay in one place instead of multiple hotel rooms. Great location. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying here again.

The house is nice enough but it is advertised as sleeping 8-10 people. It absolutely does not sleep 10. It only sleeps 8 people. We thought maybe the couches were sleeper sofas but they were not so we had to get air mattresses

Was a very nice home. Close by lots of things and was perfect for our families.

Our group enjoyed the stay for our week of skating camp. The house is accommodating, with plenty of room, bathrooms, indoor and outdoor spaces for all. We will definitely be back as long as the listing is available.

The house was very roomy but it was not clean. We had a crawling baby & we had to clean the floor, wipe down all the dirty tables & wash the windows.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean and well stocked. I would recommend this property to anyone that needs a spacious place to stay close to Knoxville.
