Perfect-would stay again!

Stayed with my family for my TWU graduation. Quick and easy drive to campus.

Stay was good.

I loved this property. Everything was clean and it felt welcoming and homey. We really enjoyed our time here.

The host was very helpful on our check-in. Was a perfect place for our job.

House was perfect! Comfy beds, clean, great water pressure, huge backyard, centrally located. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Was very disappointed in this propwrty for the price i paid for it. The carpets were not bacuum. There was debris on the floor and cocka burrs scattered throughout that we kept stepping on. The cleaninf was sub par. Grimy dust on a lot od the fixtures and stocky spills od thing on the walls. I couldnt find the address on the listing and asked a quesrion through the app that was never answered. We were aaked to park to one side because the owner has storage in the garage and may need to get into the garage. As 2 women traveling alone we were veey uncomfortable with that. If we had 2 vehicles we would have had to park on the street where there was literally no where to park. I am pretty easy going but this was just gross.

Overall great place. Could have used more dishes and mugs. Air freshener was a bit overpowering. Great location, well maintained.

The host did not answer/respond to any of my messages. The website says the house sleeps 8 but only has 3 beds so I do not know where the other 2 people are suppose to sleep?! The worse part was the house was full of thorny stickers in the carpets and rugs and even in the comforter of the king bed! We stepped on many in our socks! I do not know how a house gets that many stickers brought in.

The house was home away from home, I enjoyed every minute

Plenty of room, clean bathrooms and kitchen

The property includes 6 beds, a couch that doesn't pull out and a loveseat, so I don't believe it's an accurate statement to stay it sleeps 8. Unfortunately guests before us decided to smoke during their stay and the property had an overpowering smell of pot and cigarette smoke. While you technically have the entire house, the owner does come over to use the garage during your stay so you don't have full use of the driveway. The house did serve the purpose of our stay perfectly - I just wish it would have actually been a non-smoking property.

Daughter is at UNT and visited for Spring Break. Location is awesome. Close to town square which has very nice restaurants. Only issue is there is a lot of traffic on street, so can be loud at night. Would stay again!

Perfect trip, great location

We came to Denton for a church conference and this home was a perfect size and location for our crew. The home was very clean and had plenty of room for 5 people. The only thing I wish we had more of was parking. Other than that overall I give this stay and the host 5 stars!

Property was nice very limited supplies in the kitchen. We planned to cook very limited pots and pans. Otherwise everything was great

We had a really nice stay. Very clean property, the owner was responsive, perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean house set up with all the basics. Plenty of room for all six of us. Definitely close to the square. Has a large back yard unfortunately it rained so we weren’t outside as much as we like. Owner communication was good sent all info needed in a timely manner. Having garage to park in is a big plus!

Cozy house in a quite neighborhood

We had an amazing stay at Richard's place! The home was clean, comfortable, and stylish. The location was perfect for getting around Denton to all of our favorite spots. The TVs in each of the rooms was an added bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Denton!
