Centrally Located 3 BR Suite with Stylish Upgrades

Apartment was great. Clean and tasteful. Only issue I would suggest is that the stairs up to the apartment could be a little challenging if you have difficulty with them. They are pretty steep as is the driveway. Other than that we loved the apartment and location

Excellent location for visitors wanting to be close to High Street shops/attractions. May want to emphasize this apartment is not for anyone with mobility issues. There is a steep staircase to access the apartment. The apartment is an art show in itself! Very interesting, artsy decor. AC worked great. Could not locate more than one washcloth in bathroom but did not contact host. Did have to reach out about checkout instructions, host was immediately responsive. Missed having our morning coffee as there were no Keurig pods available, host apologized. Happy to see Morgantown has required building owners to update fire code requirements….fire/smoke alarms connected for the entire building as this is an old structure.

It was clean and easy to access with the parking lot. I was working so I didn’t have a chance to explore but it is off High Street which has some cool spots to explore like Monkey Wrench.

Old apartment. great bathroom. Busy street. Wish there was a couch. Kitchen was great. 2 rooms with window units. 1 without which was stuffy. Was good for a night to do a college visit. More fans would be a great addition or 3rd window unit.

The host was fantastic and the property was everything we had hoped. It would be. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see at a phenomenal price! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful space! Beautiful artwork and furniture! Sound machines and ear plugs were provided for sound cancellation.

Nice place for a stay over.

Property owner communicated with us the whole time, property was clean and inviting, walking distance to many things. Morgantown has to offer! We only stayed one night, however a longer stay would have been a little harder as the living room doesn’t have a ton of lounging space for a family of five.

The suite was just as advertised and perfect for our WVU football game weekend. Host was responsive and helpful also!

This was our second visit to Erica’s apartment and we were not disappointed. She is a very gracious host and all furnishings and essentials are top of the line. We love her place! When in the Morgantown area, you need to experience it for yourself. You will be glad you did.

Erica and Andrew were wonderful hosts at this beautifully decorated and relaxing apartment. We did not want to leave. Not only did they provide the basic necessities, but they offered many extras. Ex…night lights, tooth brushes and umbrellas to list a few. Reserve a stay at this centrally located amazing apartment. You will be glad you did!

The description of the apartment is spot on. It’s in a nice little building on high street. The location is great. You can walk to so many restaurants and bars. The river and Deckers creek trails are right behind the apartment. If you are taking a trip to visit WVU with your family the visitor center is a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a super cute apartment with just about everything you can ask for. The place was clean and even though you are downtown, wasn't super loud. Perfect for 5-6 people to stay. My only complaint was there wasn't great seating in the seating area. When we played card games that were offered in the apartment, we had to sit on the floor. But overall, I am really pleased and would stay here again. The owners are super helpful and responsive.
