Stayed Jun 11, 2025Townhome was recently renovated and was beautifully done! It was immaculate. Towels were super fluffy! Convenient, less than 2 miles into town and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc.No need to overpack as there is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap provided. Vito was the perfect host, insuring we had everything we needed for our stay and even offering up recommendations for dining and excursions. We will most definitely stay there again if we go back to Traverse City.

The location worked very well, in town and close to plenty of restaurants and walking areas, while still being quiet to allow for relaxation. I would recommend this property to anyone considering it.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024This place was exactly as described, it was very clean and well maintained. There is a grocery store, bakery, brewery and distillery within easy walking distance. It is a nice quiet area, I would not stay here if you are late night, loud music people. The host was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
