-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.

-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

-Home has an additional 1 bedroom unit in the back also available to rent. These units are completely separated - have their own entrances, rooms, bathrooms, decks, etc. Please be aware, there may be some occasional but minimal noise from the unit in the back.
