Stayed Jul 7, 2019Rudi was a great host. Very flexible and helpful. Property was amazing and made us feel at home. Fantastic laundry facilities, tv, patio, kitchen and dining table. Great to have a guaranteed parking space right at the front door.

Stayed Jun 21, 2019House was perfect. Nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Used Uber and House pick up took less than 5 mins. Loved the sectional couch. We could all sit on it and watched movies. Nothing bad to say. Rudy house manager was great!

Stayed Feb 1, 2020We enjoyed staying in this property. The living room furniture has changed since the photo was taken, but otherwise it was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and the kitchen was great to cook in during out stay. Beds were comfortable. Rudy stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed.

Stayed Jul 23, 2019The house was very cosy and comfortable. The terrace is also really nice. Great place to relax after a full day of enjoying LA. The location is good. Within a 25 minutes drive you are at all the hotspots of LA.

Stayed Feb 25, 20194 of us stayed in the home for 5 nights and everything worked out well. We visited Universal Studios, Hollywood and Disneyland and it was a good central location. The house was comfortable and well stocked. Rudy was attentive and responsive.

Stayed Feb 22, 2019Rudy was great! I was wondering if this would be a nice place because of it's more reasonable price. It was just what we wanted. Great patio, cozy living room and plenty of living space. We were there at a very cold time of the year. Don't forget there are space heaters in the bedrooms if you need them. We didn't but I see others that claimed it was a bit chilly in the colder months. Ask Rudy if you need anything. Very down to earth and a wonderful host. Thanks Rudy!! We will be back next time we are in L.A!!
