Centralized, stylish getaway. Short drive to beach, shopping, downtown, Mayo!

Great location. Clean house. Plenty of space.

Very clean property and quiet neighborhood. Perfect to house family members during Thanksgiving. Hosts were super friendly to work with.

Main bathroom had hair up by the sink and faucets. Worm bug in the kitchen in the bathroom, crawling around yard needed to be mowed and stray cats all around the place in the backyard. also looked like there was a camera set up in the family room, which we felt we were being watched. I believe that’s against VRBO rules. but not recommend or ever come back there.

Nice, clean house. Lots of room. You are about 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go in Jacksonville. We were visiting our son and family who happened to live in the same neighborhood. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Hope to be back again soon.

House was very clean and well stocked from the bathroom bedroom and kitchen. Host was quick to respond when we had a question or concern. Quiet neighborhood and will definitely stay there again

Stayed to volunteer for the golf tournament, centrally located to the course, downtown, beaches, and shopping areas short day trip to St Augustine too

Great place to relax while down for son surgery at mayo, very roomy and close to everything.

Our stay was comfortable, and the home met our needs. The appliances were top-notch. The only minor inconveniences were needing to purchase additional toilet paper and running out of towels during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We were here for Dr appointments at Mayo Clinic. The house was conveniently located to Mayo. The home was very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable.We had trouble with the WiFi but that was my fault. I transposed letters repeatedly. I had also requested any fragrance plug in to be removed and they very graciously made certain any fragrance items were removed.We were there during the cold snap and I was glad to discover the blankets in the ottoman.We enjoyed our stay.Check in was easy.We recommended the house to our daughter and her family. Thanks for the hospitality!

It’s situated in a prime location, close to all the main attractions yet nestled in a quiet, charming neighborhood. It was easy to get around, whether I wanted to explore local cafes, visit tourist spots, or just take a leisurely stroll in the park nearby. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The design struck the perfect balance between modern amenities and homey touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Every amenity I could have needed was provided. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. There were thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and even a few local treats. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important since I needed to get some work done during my stay. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Our host was an exceptional host. They were quick to respond to any questions and provided detailed instructions for everything.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was as advertised and conveniently located in a wonderful neighborhood and not far from the beaches and shopping.

Overall a great place to stay! Very clean, well kept, and accurate! Beds were super comfortable and Roku TVs in every room! Great shopping and restaurants in the area. Very close to beach as well. The host was very quick to respond as well. Would definitely book again if ever in the area.
