Central Tucson home on quiet cul-de-sac

Very clean and quiet. This midcentury home is comfortable and very quiet. We loved the pool and the location was close to the University of Arizona. We were there four nights and it was lovely and conveniently located.

What a real “gem” of a place, loved the mid-century vibes alive and well. Property felt secure and comfortable, backyard a perfect place to relax with the pool (a plus for a northeasterner in late winter!), and the locale perfect for getting around. The host was very ready with any questions and had nice extra touches ready for our stay like a well-kept kitchen supply, soaps in the bathrooms and plenty of extra towels, though I singlehandedly demolished their entire supply of facial tissues due to a head cold (sorry, Ron!) We look forward to visiting again thanks to the comfort offered here and will look to stay again. Thank you, Ron and Julie!

It was centrally located. Within reasonable distance to shopping and amenities as well to the many points of interest. The property itself was very comfortable and the private back yard pool and patio space was very enjoyable.

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely home. We found it very private and quiet even so close to the city. Great location for exploring. Very clean and great communication with host. Bonus for us northeasterners was the pool. We swam in February!

Ron is an exceptional host. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils, dishes and cooking vessels. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Everything was great! The pool was gorgeous. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, yet close to anything you need.

Great stay

The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a beautiful home, full of thoughtful, artistic details. Super clean. Easy to access, quiet street. Great pool and lounging chairs. Plenty of room for a family. Was just myself and my freshman Wildcat. Was a perfect place to land before checking into dorms. Caught a beautiful sunset too!

Our stay at Julie's Duffy property was absolutely all we could have hoped for. The house was clean, well furnished, and filled with local history. My family enjoyed reading about the previous owners and their passion for rock collecting. We enjoyed the mountains, the hiking, and the restaurants of Tuscon, and it was awesome to look forward to coming home to this property. It was just away from the busy streets, and the neighborhood was clean and very quiet. I'd highly recommend this house, and we'd love to come back again.

The king bed was kind of hard for one of us and the queen bed was kind of soft for one of us. Otherwise no complaints. Good comfortable house, nicely furnished, kitchen was good enough, clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Would come again.
