Stayed Aug 6, 2021We are very happy with the property. The beds and bed sheet is so soft and comfortable. The property located not far from tourist destination. When we visit Colorado Spring, we will definitely stay here again. There is enough room for everyone (kids and dogs too).

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Phil was AMAZING with communication and any help we may have needed (which was none!). The house is great for families and small groups. Parking on the street is best and so easy! Great space in the backyard for a dog to run. We will return.

Stayed Feb 13, 2021We needed a spot to land while we waited to close on a home. The owner was very friendly and the home was perfect for my family. It is cozy, clean, and close to everything we needed. We stayed for 8 days and are happy with our choice.

Stayed Jul 1, 2019Overall it was a great stay. Pictures were accurate and the house is well maintained. While it is located very close to many of Colorado Springs attractions, the neighbors homes are not as well maintained. Which is why it received a lower rating on location/neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was great. Close to all the sights Colorado Springs has to offer. New build with spacious bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Backyard has great views of the mountain. My family had an amazing time at this property.

Stayed May 4, 2019The home was clean, modern and had enough space and beds for 5 adults. Nice kitchen with all the things you need. Quiet, safe neighborhood near stores and Garden of the Gods. Booking and arrival went really smooth. Great experience.
