The perfect home for a quick visit or a long vacation! Located 10 mins south of Downtown Scottsdale, you will be around the corner from Scottsdale Rd, Papago Park, golf courses and spring training fields!

Inside the home you find three bedrooms with a king, queen and then 2 twin beds to sleep 6 people comfortably. The primary and guest bathroom provide plenty of space to get ready for a night out on the town. Or relax in theprivate backyard and grill or start the fire pit!

The primary room is furnished with a king sized bed across from a private television in this room. There is ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom features a walk in shower and one vanity sink.

Our second bedroom has a queen bed with a closet to hang your clothes.

The third bedroom sleeps two guests in separate, twin beds. This bedroom is small but we find it perfect for the siblings or the friends of the group!

The guest bathroom is located down the hallway across from the bedrooms. This bathroom features a shower/tub combo and again two vanities to provide an extra area to get ready in the morning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host a 3-course meal for family and friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the coffee machine and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!

The dining room table is next to the kitchen area and seats four people.

As you enter through our front door, the kitchen will be directly to the left and the bedrooms will be down the hallway to the right. As you make your way to the back of the house, there are two seating areas to enjoy your favorite show and movies on Hulu Live TV.

The laundry room is located in a storage room behind the carport that you access from the backyard.

Out in our small, private backyard we have a propane grill, outdoor seating and cornhole boards for you to enjoy the perfect AZ weather!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ and fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

    Great communication with the host, instructions were detailed which was great. Furniture in living room was not the greatest quality, the couch kept sliding apart. Couch and chairs in living room weren't very comfortable either. Beds were decent. Bathrooms were decent. The bathroom in one of the bedrooms had lower water pressure than the bathroom in the hallway.Overall, the location was good and the house was in decent shape. A nice place to crash while doing things out and about.

    The host was great, lots of communication. I thought it was a little strange that they needed a selfie of me holding my ID, but that may be standard practice. The house is comfortable, and was very clean, but needs a bit of maintenance. To be fair, I did not bring these issues to the attention of the host since I am sure they are aware of them (large crack in the kitchen ceiling and kitchen sink, lightbulbs out in the overhead fixtures, dead batteries in remotes, and remotes for devices not present leading to confusion, area rug in living room dirty, wobbly arm chairs). It was a comfortable house and a comfortable stay, but felt like a rental.

    This home was very nice and clean. I was disappointed that fireplace did not work. Other than that, the house was a comfortable stay.

    I will probably stay here again. Nice location, clean, and the host were very responsive and respectful. Not to mention I thought the place was pretty nice.

    Location was great. Quiet residential street. Living areas are open and airy. Kitchen could use improvement - faucet was broken and dangling; pans and cooking utensils were grimy; no coffee pot - just a single keurig and a french press; not very well stocked with cookware, silverware, etc. Master bath is tiny and outdated and no counter space. Family bath has been updated but no counter space. Bedrooms need nightstands, not miniature tables. Closets are big.
