Stayed Feb 19, 2025The place was great, great location, well appointed but they were behind in maintenance of their shower. It was leaking both from the valve and the shower head and was hard to use the hand held. needed a commercial grade valve and a different set up for the shower head and hand held. It was a known problem for them and should have been dealt with before or on the day of our arrival so we didn't have to listen to dripping all night. A bitof a mis step for an otherwise great stay,.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Had a few issues with bed and shower. Owners were very responsive and fixed the bed. Cleanliness was lacking. There was pet hair all over. Mirror wasn’t clean.

Stayed Nov 5, 2022Small space, bare necessities were provided (toilet paper, paper towels, bar soap, kuerig) The shampoo and conditioner were community use . I expected more but I think that’s on me. I was only on the property to sleep and hygiene. Located in old Phoenix, so I’m not sure about safety in that area but it didn’t look the best. Nothing happened and Uber easily found us. The people in the main house watched as we came and went, security cameras are installed on the property. Didn’t have any issues with the owners, they accommodated my 1 after booking, no problem. Welcome binder was helpful for checkout.
