Central Perk Retreat | Heated Pool + Zoo 1 Block!

Our stay at the Central Perk Retreat was perfect for our family! The house was great, plenty of space and the pool was just right for all of us to enjoy, especially our 10 & 6 year old kids. The only improvement I would make is going through the pool/outdoor toy bin and getting rid of any broken materials/toys.

Pool area needed to be swept, which I did . And a big glob of hair and dirt in upper shower. Manager was very responsive to take care of shower. Pool that I swept had no problems the whole week. Overall was a good experience. The zoo was wonderful and very close.

Very conflicted about this rental. Location was great for getting places but the neighborhood is old with a rundown look and feel. The accommodations were nice but did need some tender loving care. The pool was nice but very small, and not as clean as it could be. The yard is fenced in, again nice, but not kept up. The kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated how most bedrooms had 2 beds, 1 with a harder mattress and 1 with a softer mattress. Plenty of pillows to pick from. Nice appliances. Front door is kind of wonky. Communication was good. I feel the AC would have a hard time keeping up if temps got above 85. Overall we enjoyed our stay and accommodation but felt like it was slightly overpriced.

Mirrors, and heat to the pool, more towels, and outlets that work.

This location is neat, clean and free of debris. Only concerns were an allergen upstairs that caused a severe allergy attack. This could have been the cleaning supplies used. However, it was not a problem downstairs. And it takes forever to get hot water upstairs. The weather was cooler than normal and we could not turn up the air-conditioner set for 70 degrees. Fortunately there are additional blankets available.The linens are very nice and the beds are very comfortable!Fully stocked kitchen was so convenient!The pool is as described. We were able to enjoy it between rain showers. We will definitely consider this location for our next trip.

It is a great location and very quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed our stay there. We also had a family pass during the stay so it helped that the place was homie and comfortable

The house was just as depicted in the pictures, it truly exceeded all my expectations! The pool was clean and perfect and the rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. You have all the necessary comforts of home , from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry area! Laney was available for any questions and made sure we had everything!! Thank you again !

A charming house. We felt safe in the neighborhood and fence made it feel secluded.

House was very nicely decorated and the pictures online were spot on. Everything we needed, was there. Spacious rooms, very nice pool and great to have the washer and dryer. Super easy to get to from the airport. For a populated residential neighborhood, it was very quiet. Would recommend.

We came in town to visit kids at USF It was a great house with a great layout. It was a perfect place to spend time together. So much better than a hotel

We booked this home last minute, as our other rental canceled. Booking on short notice was a stress free experience. The home is as pictured and we loved playing in the pool. Perfectly located between Raymond James Stadium and Busch Gardens.
