Remodeled with newer kitchen and appliances, new tile throughout, new bathrooms with luxury rain shower heads, high quality linens and towels. Robes and toiletries included. 50 smart TV in living room,40 flat tv's in bedrooms, Keurig coffee machine and standard coffee maker, well stocked kitchen. Many luxury touches make Calm Springs a true spa like experience.

Located in one of Palm Springs best neighborhoods; Ruth Hardy Park/Movie Colony East, this mid century gem that we are calling Calm Springs will not disappoint. Located on the west side of the street, there are mountain views from interior spaces and the yard. The three bedrooms offer great separation. The walls of glass in the living room open on to the sparkling pool. The numerous upgrades include; Pool with sitting ledge and spray fountain, Gas fire bowl, mature landscaping, outdoor shower, clerestory windows throughout many dual paned energy efficient windows. A new NUVO water softening system completes the spa like experience.

The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

This is a no pets/no smoking rental.

Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:

~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (6 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12)
~ No more than 3 cars can be parked at the house (1 per bedroom)
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)

    The location of this property in the Movie Colony is great. Pool area faces the mountain with inspiring views while sunning. Quiet neighbours were a plus. The house technically sleeps 6 but it would feel cramped with more than 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped and all appliances work. The BBQ is brand new and grills very well. Wifi was consistent and supported the use of multiple connected items at once. The pool area has loungers, seating b to the fire pit and a table and chairs for 6 to dine.
