Central Modern Denver Townhome w Private Rooftop Near DU

Jordan was easy to communicate with and clearly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. The property was conveniently located and worked well for us.

We had a great quick stay at this property for a concert at Redrocks. The property was super clean and met our needs. The host was GREAT to work with communicated with us through out the stay. Jordan was awesome to work with and do accommodating.

This property is amazing. Four floors of awesome. The place is immaculate, super comfortable, and located near everything. Just 30 minutes from the airport and a few blocks from a train station. Hop on the train and you’ll be in downtown Denver in 10 minutes. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. I loved the full-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. My favorite place in the morning was the roof area with seating. Great place to drink my coffee. Communication with Jordan was quick and efficient. And you don’t have to clean the place before you leave! Just gather the towels and lock up. I love that! Would definitely recommend.

Jordan was a 10-star host! Communication and response were fast and accommodating - even with my duh questions after a day of travel. The space is comfortable and roomy, and the rooftop deck is such a bonus for anyone who enjoys being outside.The fire pit on the rooftop deck was a wonderful perk for a chilly evening. When the tank for the fire pit ran out of fuel, Jonathan delivered replacement tanks that same evening!We would definitely stay again when we are in Denver and will recommend you to our friends.

Jordan was the perfect host and his home was very comfortable. He has thought of everything from noise machines by beds to restaurant recs to a variety of beverages provided. He was super flexible and responsive as well. The roof is a great place to hang out! Highly recommend!

jordan was so accommodating and polite, and really did go above and beyond for my birthday. he answered very quickly everytime i had a query and made me as comfortable as possible , the home itself has everything you need, i could’ve stayed there the entire time if i didn’t have any excursions that he also helped me plan. 10/10 would definitely rebook!

Hello, I would like to provide some feedback about my stay. I really like the property and the amenities available onsite. The kitchen was well designed for cooking and everything needed was within reach... The guest room and rest room was properly welcoming. I wish the weather was warmer to enjoy the rooftop deck but perhaps we can utilize it on our next visit. I’m looking forward to returning again!

We're very happy that we decided to stay at Jordan's townhome during our trip to Denver. Jordan is a very thoughtful and communicative host and his place was warm, inviting, and in a great location.Do please keep in mind that this is Jordan's home, so there will be personal items.Was parking optimal at all times? Not really, but we generally had ample street parking, minus a short stretch around the noon hour on Friday when there was a big event nearby. That might have just been bad timing. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament. Beds are amazing and the bathrooms very nice! Close to the freeway, restaurants, grocery stores, and IMAX theater. It was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful home located a few minute walk from the light rail station! Home was clean and stocked with snacks for us to use during our stay. The host was very responsive to communications and even gave great recommendations on places to hit up while we were in town! I highly recommend and would stay again if I’m in the area!

The property was just as it is listed! Beautiful and comfortable! The only semi issue was the parking was first come first serve.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the University of Denver, and the location was perfect—just a short, easy commute to and from campus. The townhome was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and more. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to rest and recharge after long conference days.There’s also a lovely rooftop deck that was great for winding down in the evenings.It’s worth noting that this is someone’s full-time residence, so personal items like clothing, shoes, and a few small things (like an open box of candy in the bathroom) were present. These didn’t bother me at all, but may be helpful for other guests to know in advance.Overall, a clean, convenient, and well-appointed space in the area I needed to be in. I’d definitely stay again!

Kids loved the popcorn maker and the games. We didn’t get to hang out on the roof like we had hoped but loved having the option. Would definitely stay here again!
