Clean, great communication, great location!

The hosts were very quick to resolve any problems that we had and had great suggestions of the area.

Convenient location with comfortable beds. The only downfall was the strong smell of weed outside. We were only able to enjoy the hot tub for a short while due to the strong smell.

Nicely remodeled home in lower middleclass neighborhood. Clean, comfortable, with everything you need. Good communications eith owner.

The house is big, plenty of bedrooms, doesn’t really have a dining room, just a table under the tv in the living room and seats at the bar. Neighborhood is not good, neighbor has huge pot plants growing up over the back fence. I know it’s legal in CO but didn’t really want to smell it every time we went outside. The worst thing was the Ring camera and spot light pointing directly at the back table and hot tub. Not much privacy. I’d stay there again in a pinch but wouldn’t seek it out.

The house was as advertised and VERY clean. Spacious with everything you need. The hot tub was especially nice after very long days of hiking!

Beautiful home. Very relaxing and ample space. Enjoyed family evenings in the backyard. Close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes peak.

Really nice home, with very comfortable beds. Very spacious, slept our eight family members delightfully. The added hot tub was a touch of class in which we enjoyed daily. Lots to do and see within a short drive or walk. Would absolutely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

Very nice house

Great place. My family of six adults really enjoyed the place and was centrally located to all the sites.

Our family spent a week at this home during a trip to explore Colorado. The location of this house was central to all of the places we wanted to visit, most being between 20 minutes and up to 90 minutes away in all directions. It was a great base for our adventures.The house itself was one of the cleanest vacation rentals we've ever stayed in! This made it easy to settle in and be comfortable right from the start. The house was well stocked, and we found everything we needed there. The space was great for our family of 5. We enjoyed use of the hot tub in the evenings, but due to weather we did not have a chance to use the fire put.The host communicated periodically, checking in to make sure our stay was enjoyable, which I appreciated.I am glad that in the description the host was candid about the house's location in a working class neighborhood. The houses on either side are not super well kept, so it was a different setting than other homes we've rented. The neighborhood ended up being quiet and we had no issues.We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommended!

The hot tub was great, the place was clean, and check in was easy. Hosts were easy to communicate with.

We made a quick college tour of the USAFA with our daughter and ended up having a really good time in Colorado Springs overall. We loved the fact your place was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to be. It was clean, the decor was pleasant and had everything we needed to make our long 2-day trips out there and back very restful. Thank you very much for loaning your place out to us and we will contact you again if we need to come back for future visits with the Air Force!

Me and 6 other friends stayed in this home! The location was right by a Safeway and in a great middle location for all events we went to! The check in process was very easy and very quick pick up as well! We had a great time here!

This house was the perfect getaway in Colorado Springs. The hosts did an excellent job keeping us updated on the property. It was exactly as advertised and they even had a cute basket of snacks waiting for us. We really enjoyed the outside area, including the hot tub. The house was stocked with all essentials, including coffee, which we were grateful for!! The location was very close to all locations we wanted to visit and we found Tejon St. to be close by and a great time.

We came to town for a girls fun run and weekend getaway and this house was just the right size. Very clean, well appointed for just what we needed. Great house!
