Stayed Dec 23, 2025House was perfect for a mixed age group, 1 toddler, 2 mid 30's, 2 Seniors. Kitchen was well equipped, Bonus to find extra things on hand for small child, high chair, toys, bath stuff.

Stayed May 11, 2025Our group was 3 friends over 50 and we stayed 8 nights. We had a wonderful time in San Diego. The property was very close to many local attractions. The rooms were as described and the beds, a king and two queens, were comfortable. The property owner was very responsive. We enjoyed hiking at Torrey Pines State Park, and visited Little Italy and Balboa Park. We sailed on San Diego Bay and did a whale watch. Too much to see in one trip.

Stayed May 22, 2025Kim and Brad were great!! they answered may questions. responded and resolved quickly to a couple minor issues. we needed a coffee pot and wine glasses. the house is beautiful and the backyard is a great place to spend time with family. if you have a student at USD this place a very convenient. this house is very beautiful and well maintained. would would stay here again

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We came into San Diego to visit some colleges and had plans to visit the beach and spend a day at Disneyland. The house location was perfect with easy access to everything. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. The beds were super comfy and the house was stocked with everything we needed.Great communication with the owners as well.We would stay again, for sure!

Stayed Aug 14, 2024House was clean and well maintained. Nice cozy place to relax after long days of touring around the city. Patio perfect for coffee in the morning and a fire in the evening. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans and utensils. Fridge is cold and spacious. Hosts are very responsive and close by and willing to resolve any problems or issues that might arise. House is very conveniently located in the city. Would absolutely stay here again.
