The house was very clean and comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet! We loved the hot tub and backyard! No complaints, just a great time visiting some friends!

Our stay was 5 stars. The house was well stocked. Great location to all of the activities we wanted to do. Great area to take afternoon or morning walks. The house was so cozy and perfect size for our family. The back yard is so cute and the best area to unwind after a long fun day. We got to enjoy smores, the hot tub and just relaxing out there. Check in was super easy, the host was very communicative and checking out was just as easy. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thank you for allowing us to stay

Everything was great. The house was very clean and roomy and it was stocked with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We had extended family with us and it was great to have the communal areas as well as nice private bedrooms. Having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer with detergent was great. Much better than a hotel and less money than we would have paid for four hotel rooms. We were all very happy with the setup.

This house was absolutely wonderful, and our family loved it! The owners are warm and friendly, and the house absolutely matched. Our kids loved the hot tub and taking in all Colorado Springs had to offer. Rent this house, you'll love it and won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful time at this property! A great layout with three bedrooms on the main level and one large bedroom in the basement next to the family area. 3 of the bedrooms have TVs and the kitchen is clean and well stocked

We enjoyed our stay, used the hot tub, had everything we needed and was very close to Colorado College and easy drive to downtown.

Clean, well organized property. We were two business travelers for an Air Force Space conference.. We had two very separate spaces with our own bathrooms. Everything is easy to figure out and very clean. Or only regret is not using the hot tub. Central location and a sport Uber to Lots of restaurants.

Nice property. Lots of bedrooms (4) and 2 full baths. The neighborhood was pretty tun down. Central location to downtown.

This was by far a great value for the money. The mountain views from the backyard are spectacular! The fire pit allowed us to enjoy the brisk Colorado nights, and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax on this vacation. Spoke with the owners about a mishap with a chair and the were so gracious and kind. I will definitely be returning to this property for future Colorado trips.

Very cute and clean house! Husband and daughter enjoyed the hot tub too. 4 star simply because the check in process was stressful and horrible after a long day of prepping for an expo. We got to the property and didn’t receive check in instructions. Called the host with no answer. ended up calling Vrbo who couldn’t get in contact with host either and sat in the driveway with Vrbo on the phone for a loooong time trying to figure things out when we just simply wanted to check in and unwind after a long day. Vrbo almost completed the cancelation of the reservation when I finally received check in instructions to get into the property. Thankfully, because we would have had to find a hotel/place to stay at the very last minute when we also had our dog with us. This was stressful to say the least! Host advised something happened with the system and check in instructions were never sent. Aside from that everything went fine after.

The home was perfect for our family vacation and was close to everything we needed. Very clean and cozy! Enjoyed our stay!

Honestly, it was exactly what we needed. It fit all of our family perfectly without feeling cramped. The hot tub was great for relaxing after wondering around town all day.

Beds were comfortable and space worked great for us. Several great food choices close by. Owners corresponded in timely manner.

The renter prior to us forgot to take the trash out so the can was full. It was nice having separate space from our adult children and their family

This was a great stay in a location convenient to everything. It’s such a big difference to stay in a home versus a hotel. You can really relax and enjoy a night in if you choose with everything available to cook a meal and watch a movie or play games. Checking in and out was super easy. Instructions and communication was detailed and very friendly. Beds were made up as neat as can be and the place was very clean. Cozy and would be a repeat!

Everything was exactly as advertised and in a great location.I definitely recommend this property.

Very cute, clean and organized. Had everything we needed.

Overall, a good place to stay close to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs. Very basic items in the kitchen, so look ahead before expecting to serve a big meal, but it was fine for while we were there. Cute backyard though neighbors had barking dogs and streets were noisy. Interior was clean, though a number of spiders in the downstairs to deal with during our stay. Upstairs bathroom door needs to be addressed, as it gets stuck and is hard for young people and elderly to get out. Lots of towels and extra blankets. One bed had stained sheets that was very unfortunate. Overall, fine for a few days but probably would look elsewhere next time.

Wonderful stay. Very convenient to the airport, clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed your hot tub and sitting around your fire table. Only suggestion would be to add a box of tissue. Thank you for making our family get together so enjoyable.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this home over the summer. The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the hot tub and back yard ammentities. The neighborhood was a little noisy and a 15-20 min drive from most of the activities we did while on vacation but overall a great home.

Stayed in town for a wedding. Close to downtown and all the events. It was great!

Such a great property. So clean, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, everything you might need is in the kitchen and bathrooms. The backyard was amazing. Highly recommend! We had the best stay.

This was a great stay! It’s in a neat part of town and this house had it all; hot tub, large basement living room and 2 king bedrooms as well as two others. We brought our kids and really enjoyed the homey feel. There’s a beautiful backyard that is very thoughtfully laid out. We would definitely stay again!

The Foote House was a great stay. We were here for six nights and the house was perfect. An older property that has been thoughtfully renovated and well decorated. We really didn’t want for anything here and our stay was clean and comfortable. We had elderly parents with us and they had no problem with accessibility and were very comfortable. The property appears to be on a busy corner but quite the contrary. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were not worried about security. While we didn’t get a chance to use any of the outdoor amenities such as hot tub, fire pit or grill the back yard was very well thought out and looked like a comfortable and relaxing space. We’d definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our brief stay at this property . The location is in the Patty Jewett neighborhood which is not far from the Old North End and Downtown . The property is well appointed and is pet friendly !

This property was very cozy and a great location! We had plenty of space. Upstairs was decorated very nicely with the hand painted flowers on the walls (loved this). The rooms were bright and welcoming. We didn’t have any issues with sound as far as us being downstairs and friends upstairs. Beds were really comfortable. We visit Colorado Springs somewhat frequently so I will be looking at this location for our next stay when we bring our kids.

Wonderful stay for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. They really have thought of everything you could need and then some! The house is adorable and clean and the backyard was very enjoyable. It's a nice central location to everything we wanted to do in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again!

We have stayed at this property on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Definitely would recommend this house. It always looks and feels clean and is a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean and spacious. We loved the quiet neighborhood and fenced in back yard for our dog. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and visited Garden of the Gods. It was absolutely beautiful. Our son attended a volleyball training program at the Olympic Center so that was amazing to watch. Very beautiful area and this home was perfect for my family.

The property met our needs quite well -- friends and family coming to town for a concert. We were not in the house enough time to utilize the hot tub or fire pit.

We stayed with 4 adults. Each had their own room. Basement area was really nice. We enjoyed the hot tub. Centralized location to hiking and downtown.
