I'm seeking to rent my house for 30 days or more during July, August or September.

The house is a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom with a queen tempurpedic bed in one room and two twin beds in the other room. It sleeps four and might be perfect for professionals seeking transitional housing, a business person on a short term assignment or a family of four.

Linens, TV, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen Appliances, Utensils, etc. included.

It is conveniently located in Allandale near Central Market and all the great restaurants on Burnet Road. It is very central to everything - 10 minutes to Downtown, 10 minutes to the Domain. 10 minutes to the University of Texas.

I'm new to HomeAway, but I have hosted through other sites where I am a Super Host.

A deposit and references will be required. Please No smoking inside. No pets allowed. No large/loud parties. Please have fun, but respect our neighbors!

    We had a pleasant stay at Troy's house. The house is clean, and has pretty much everything we need. It is at a quiet and very convenient neighborhood, a few minutes’ drive to a Central Market, and close to UT campus, a lot of restaurants nearby. Troy gave us very clear/easy instruction to check-in and check-out, and is responsive to our requests/questions. We would definitely like to stay there again for future Austin visit.

    The house was exactly as described and Troy was quick to respond to any questions we had. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and Troy was nice enough to allow us to check-in early. I would definitely book this place again for any future visits to Austin.

    This is a cute house in a perfect location in Austin. Tucked into a neighborhood with easy access to Mopac,, Burnet Rd. and Lamar. House was clean and came with everything needed for a great stay.
