Central Austin 3/2 Townhome! Mins to FC stadium SXSW Top Spots!

Great comfortable location. Host was very professional and helpful! We even extended our stay a bit longer!

When we first walked in, it was fresh and clean. They had a nice kitchen set up and the rooms were clean and neat. My kids loved the yard and we were in a quiet neighborhood. I will likely stay there again if I am in Austin again.

Well located, easy access to 2 major roads. We had family member having medical procedure at nearby hospital. Place was quiet, comfortable. Host was accomodating sending items to restock via Amazon. It was apparent place has not had many guests. I'm used to renting places with basics such as lids to pots, sugar, and oil. Trash can situation on curb was horrible. Flies, stank, and needed a good cleaning. Whomever is responsible for cleaning is taking short cuts. Huge wasp nest in gable above door. Beer bottle by back door. Details are important when asking this price. Additional charges for damage insurance gave me impression place would be special-not so much. Older townhome with updates that cut corners.Should have asked more questions before reserving.

Great place to stay as it is convenient to city areas as well as suburbs. 3 bedrooms and a nice living area. The yard was slightly soggy but I am sure it’s great during the summer. Unit B is on the bottom floor and there may be tenants above. So if your a light sleeper then suggest you get Unit C which is above. But you’ll have to walk stairs. We did have heavy footed tenants above during our stay and it really sounded like they were purposely stomping and running at times. I think they had kids staying there.

We had a very pleasant stay at this house. It was extremely clean and comfortable. There were even fresh throw blankets that were perfect to cuddle on the couch with. Communication with the owner/property managers was prompt and concise. They were extremely helpful. The only downfall was the neighborhood was not exactly what we were expecting. Not knowing Austin well we chose a neighborhood near the TSBVI and it was not a neighborhood where I felt comfortable letting my kids could go for a walk or take the dog out at night.
