Stayed Nov 25, 2024The in-laws were in town and wanted to give them a great place to stay. Easy walk to Bidwell park, great for turkey trot, and close to downtown. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the place. Would stay again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024The property was great. It is very clean with nice modern updates and nice style. The location was easy walking distance to lower Bidwell Park and Caper Acres. The only downside was the busy street in front of the house which is a safety concern when staying with young children, but the fully enclosed back yard was great.

Stayed May 9, 2024This was a great weekend rental! Very crisp modern furnishings and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy yet plenty of room for several guests. We made good use of both outdoor living spaces. Very comfortable home to stay in within a short drive to downtown/university.
