The home comfortably sleeps 8 with a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, and two Twin beds with trundles, along with two full bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows facing the water create an open, airy feel throughout, filling the home with sunshine and stunning views.

The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, while a formal dining table seats eight and a cozy breakfast nook seats four—ideal for group gatherings. -Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways.
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic.
-Parties and/or events are not allowed.
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke.
-This unit does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal.
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit.
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom.
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance.
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
