CDA retreat near Sanders Beach with hot tub

Such a lovely home! Very clean! We loved that had two separate gathering areas, we were traveling as couples so gals had a space and guys had theirs! Would definitely stay again!

The host was amazing and the house was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation! From the thoughtful cookies when we arrived to the extra toiletries for those who may have forgotten them at home, it was a memorable stay!

Great house with open space concept, plenty of room for six adults and five children. Nice hot tub outside and 2-car garage. Location was very nice near downtown and lake. Communication with manager was very good and prompt.

Didn’t use hot tub. Very clean, put together.

The stay was great. Found a few things. Like a cap, thrown in the garbage. Found a toe nail on a night stand. Put in ziplock bag. But other than that it was a great srtay.

Very homey!Accommodations were great for 10. Comfortable home that fit our needs well. Would definitely come back. Only giving 4 starts because floors could have been cleaned with more detail.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. The large open floor plan accommodated us well. Clean, modern, well equipped, great location, very responsive host, large bedrooms, toddler friendly, and clutter free. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings. The neighbors were friendly. We were also close enough to my Dad’s and our home We gathered every afternoon through the evening. It was fun to be able to BBQ for our guests. We enjoyed hiking Tubb’s Hill, swimming at Sander’s Beach, canoeing, shopping downtown, Boost coffee, Food Carts, and the many playgrounds & splash pad. These were all within walking distance. Thank you for allowing us to stay on your beautiful premises.

Overall we loved our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed! The place was clean and wonderful. It would have been nice to have some extra linens for the sleeper couches but truly overall 10/10!

Super cute, plenty of space, fully stocked. Minor issues- Twin beds were not comfortable, and we couldn’t find sheets for the sofa bed. Some minor wear and tear here and there. Really enjoyed this place and would rent again!

We were in town for our daughter's dance competition and this home was the perfect. We shared this home with another family and there was plenty of room for all of us. The neighborhood was great. Location was perfect, just a couple minute drive to downtown. The home was clean, well-stocked and the hot tub was an added bonus. Prior to our check in there was an issue with the garage door and the host was EXCELLENT at communicating with us and had the issue resolved before we even arrived. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a weekend Scarywood vacation.

This house was great for our needs. We cooked all our meals in and had everything we needed. We utilized the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. The large table was perfect for games. The only issue was the blinds in the upstairs king bedroom, as mentioned in other reviews.

great property. The upstairs king bedroom has a blind that is to short. It would be nice to have a key to lock garage and the back door. Wonderful neighborhood. House was beautiful and well stocked.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was great, and the kids had a nice family room to hang out in. The neighbors were great and it was nice to be able to walk to the lake, trails, and park! We will definitely be back!

Perfect sized house for two families with kids. Extremely clean house. Well maintained yard. Kitchen had the right amount of supplies and dishes for our group. No issues at all. I would recommend this house and stay again when we are in town. Great location close to town to walk to food or drive into town.

Beautiful house and outstandingly clean. Was spacious enough to provide a place to sleep for all 11 of my guests. Very close all the wonderful things to do in CDA.

Perfect house for our family. Loved being able to walk to the beach next to the Jewel senior recreation center, secrete public beach.
