Stayed Apr 10, 2026Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall!

Stayed Jan 2, 2026We had a wonderful winter stay! The house was spotless and very well prepared for our arrival — you can tell the hosts really care about their guests. Check-in was easy, instructions were clear, and communication was quick and helpful. We also really appreciated that the home is pet-friendly. There was plenty to do indoors, so no one was bored; both the kids and the adults had a great time. We’d happily stay again and definitely recommend this place!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024We had such a nice time in Margaretville for a long weekend with close friends and family. The property was great for kids to play and us all to spend time together. The kitchen was great for a few at home meals and the fire at night was great for s’mores! The rooms and beds were comfortable and the basement was a great space for us to play board games and hang out together.
