Catherine Cottage- Beautiful 3 bed/3 bath Marsh Views

The house was lovely, clean, and we had a generous supply of starters. The walk to the beach and pool is short and there’s parking available to get you a little closer. We loved our time there and can’t wait to go back!

Catherine’s cottage was perfect for our trip with family and friends! The house was well set up to house two families. We loved the coast cottages community and would stay here again!

We loved this cottage for our meetup vacation with our 2 families. So cute! Pool was nice property amenity and location was next to the beach and easy to drive to downtown. Property manager answered our questions very fast & checkin girl was super friendly. The dryer didn’t really dry our clothes and stovetop range turned off a couple times but otherwise our stay was wonderful and we’d love to stay there again.

Catherine Cottage was the perfect location for our weekend get away. We were an easy walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to shopping at the pier.

Our days on SSI were very enjoyable! We liked staying in East Beach which is close to the restaurants, shops, and offers several areas/activities for children. Gracie Cottage was very comfortable and perfect for our clan of ten.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very under air conditioned on the second floor. We changed the a/c filter which probably hadn’t been changed in over a year and it got a bit better. Granted it was a very hot week, but the a/c had a hard time to keep the house below 80 during mid day. Overall it was a nice house close to the water.

The balconies are perfect for people watching, early am tea/coffee, evening cocktails, all while overlooking a view of the marsh! The house is adorable and well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. Close to the village for easy access to shopping and restaurants. Love the beachy décor and sea fan theme. Make sure to rent bikes and enjoy touring the Island under the shaded canopy of the stunning Live Oaks and Spanish Moss!!
