    House was just a described. We had a wonderful stay. Be aware there are stickerburrs if you bring your pet.

    Pet friendly, fully gated! We loved the location across from the marina. Excellent spot & convenient for bait, drinks, food... They were having a fishing tournament, and it was so fun people watching from our deck & listening to the loud music. There was a dead roach in the master & the master mattress was not great to sleep on, I had to move to one of the other beds the 2nd night. All of the downstairs chairs were broken, lucking we brought our own. It would be nice to have a table down there to put your drink, food or whatever on. Will remember to bring my own rod holders next time too. I caught several fish (throw-backs, but still fun). Trout, redfish, hardheads.

    My family loved this house. It is right on the water so the boys were able to fish right from the house. We all loved our get away. I would recommend this house for any family that loves to be on the water.

    Need more toilet paper for week stays and trash bags. Other than that it was a magical weekend and plan on staying again.

    When we arrived at the rental there was a garbage can overflowing at the front gate. Looked trashy. The gate and fence need a paint job badly. We saw we had no towels in the house so i called the management co, i was told they had a busy weekend and we wouldn’t have towels until the next day…What! An hour later i received a text stating towels would be dropped off later in the day. That never happened. The next morning i called back and was told they were still working on getting us towels. They didn’t show up until 5 pm on the 2nd day of our stay. The mattresses all need to be replaced. Worn out and all sink into the middle. The house needs updating on a lot of items. The location was good by the marina. We shouldn’t have been charged a cleaning fee since we didn’t have clean towels for 2 days. We wont be back.

    The deck area of this house is very nice and we enjoyed the canal location. It was very clean and the property owner / leasing company were very responsive. The listing says the primary bedroom has a queen bed in it but it's a double that is not very comfortable. (I woke up with a backache.) Also a bit expensive when you add in all the fees, plus you can't check in until 4:00 pm and have to be out by 10:00 a.m. It didn't bother us but do keep in mind that the house is right across from the marina restaurant that has pretty loud live music on Saturday night.
